Deakin is a horse. Saw him running wind sprints in the hallway after his loss to Zain at Keystone last year. Scared me. Decided I could go pee later.
I can’t disagree with any of this, dice. Rivera looked great and he deserves credit for a nearly perfect match. His execution of that game plan was outstanding.

What was the final score in Lee’s match ? He is making Desanto better and getting nothing back. Score?
It doesn't happen often but when it does, Lee takes losses with a lot of class.
I have to think Glory riding him for half a match didn't help his gas tank issue going into tonight. I think that Lee wins that match on a different day, but all credit to Rivera for going in fearless.

I’m fine. I don’t overreact to December performances. You guys don’t need to worry. If you stay healthy you win in March going away. I just don’t understand why it makes some on here so happy every time an Iowa guy loses. Cheer for your guys. They are dominant right now. That should be good enough

A minority certainly. I think most of the responses were simply surprise as most have been expecting Spencer to run away with it. Very few of the responses were what one would call gloating. That said, I agree with everything else you said. People forget how long we've waited for this -- and never expected it.
It's all good. There would be several on HR cheering if one of our hammers lost. #rivalry

Oh man, that is some world class whining. It's really quite simple. I root for Penn State. I root against Penn State's rivals: Iowa, tOSU, Michigan. Nothing more than that. Just like I'm a Red Sox fan and I despise the Yankees. It's called sports. It's not personal.
Iowa's obsession with stalling is really bizarre. Their guy just avenged a bad loss in the Midlands finals and all the coaches want to do is berate the ref over a questionable stall call that had no impact on the match.

Brucki is tough in neutral, but on the mat - not so good.
I honestly don't think many here are happy that Lee lost. Pennsylvania legend, nice kid, fun to watch, easy to root for. There's excitement here, sure, as there always is when a top guy goes down.
But I do think more than a few people here might be happy about the now-expected drop in instances of Iowa fans badgering Flo about Lee's p4p ranking.
But really, to the extent some PSU fans are enjoying any Iowa loss (contrasted with Lee in particular losing), sure that's happening too, but *that's just how sports fandom works* and your pretending as if it's out of line or even a surprise is less than fully genuine. I mean, if, say, Cenzo goes down in the Scuffle finals, you're going to be virtual touchdown-dancing with all of HR, and that's fine because that's what happens when your rival's top-ranked guys go down. It's all baked into the sports-fandom pie. It's why you're here right now getting into arguments with strangers.
C'mon man Lee losing is big news in the wrestling world. Heck when Nolf had a close match with Pantaleo last year HR was talking about it. How many people actually cheered that Lee lost on this board? I'm too lazy to actually look it up.
