NCAA to present findings and (only) recommend post-season ban for Cheaters of the West. No vacated natty or wins per report

The letter refers to inquiring from PSU about an investigation. Subsequently, the NCAA never found any violations from PSU.

They just penalized the school anyway despite no violations.
The violations they found were the same as reported by Freeh. Covering up for Sandusky. The three admins later all went to jail. What cite do you have where the NCAA said no violations occurred?

Doesn't look good according to the article.
The facts of the case say otherwise.

This was far more serious than a recruiting violation.
No it wasn't.
It had literally nothing to do with the NCAA. No student athletes were involved. No NCAA rules were broken.

Furthermore, there was no cover up (per a federal investigation)

The letter refers to the NCAA constitution and Bylaws. Pretty specific.
It's not in the database. There was no investigation. There was no major infraction found.

If you disagree, maybe you should email the NCAA and tell them their own database is wrong.

🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

The letter from Emmert says otherwise. It references the NCAA Constitution and Bylaw.

Did Snedden say in his official report there was no coverup? What page?

By all means, find the specific violations that the NCAA found. They'd be listed on the database along with every other schools' violations. Feel free to link them.

How can someone "cite" no violations. There's nothing to "cite" because there aren't any.

What is this then?

Either you are a troll or a moron, but the letter you are posting is an indication about the NCAA intending to perform an investigation. It is stating what they are going to look into. It is not a listing of any violation found.

So why isn't in the the database? The database is updated all the time. Surely they wouldn't have made an error for such a high profile case.

Yes, Snedden does. You can also read about it in Spanier's book as he was able to get a copy of the report (since it was his security clearnance).

He is a troll. I had this exact same conversation with him under a differnet username. He insists there were violations when the database clearly shows there are were none.

Non Sequitur. Can't have sanctions without infractions.

Exactly. That's the point.

The NCAA conspired with PSU leadership to impose undeserved sanctions despite there being no evidence of any NCAA violations. As a result, PSU continues to have never committed any NCAA major infractions. I am glad you agree.

No, PSU plead guilty to the charges. Not operating as an ethical institution by covering up Sandusky's crimes as the original letter pointed to. I hope this helps. The prison terms of the top three admins would seem to confirm this.

Incorrect.

And the prison terms for the admins were BS. Singular misdemeanors for each. Ridiculous that jail time was involved. Not to mention that the convictions were un-Constitutional.
