I too have you tube tv..... available to me is espn,espn2 and espnu. does espnu offer the option of viewing a single mat? also, on the pinned streaming chart at top of forum, espn+ is not listed as an option to watch any of the championships. any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanksI’m sure whatever provider you have you can pull it up on your computer. I have YouTube tv, so I’ll log onto my computer for that and ESPN+ for individual mats.
This sort of made sense until you based an opinion (even partially) on Sanderson's comments. Stopped reading at that point.I'm not saying it's as minor as a charley horse but I've had those where I couldn't walk at all in the moment and it's okay the next day. Josh's leg looks like it just gave out (after he was previously limping already) Initial fear was a tear of something.
Basch's optimism afterwards (and continued push that he's a contender) and Cael's comments makes me think it's something Monthley can take care of. Wouldn't be shocked if Barr has to adjust his style a bit but the kid is very good at that.
I do t think espnu does. I just saw him shopping at Wegmans. Nothing noticeably impairing his shopping ability! And Wegmans on the weekend is only slightly less intense than the NCAAs![]()

Since when did we move the in person monthly forum meetings from Giant to Wegmans.Funny. Just came here to post official sighting. Also at Wegmans. Looked fine. Wished him luck.
To hell with that — make him fight for it and test that leg. We need stronger intel on his condition! And if any of you are in line for cheesesteaks and Barr is behind you in line, show some Brotherly Love and let him jump ahead.
Often one of the least important distinctions …Does anybody else think it's a joke that Shapiro is ranked #2 when he only has 12 matches? In 2023 Brooks was ranked 3rd because he only had 12 matches but somehow it's okay for Shapiro. Brooks also beat top-ten guys and was a returning champ but got dinged.
Not at all, as the circumstances aren’t all that comparable.Does anybody else think it's a joke that Shapiro is ranked #2 when he only has 12 matches? Was it a joke in 2016 when Snyder got the 2 seed with only 6 matches?Does anybody else think it's a joke that Shapiro is ranked #2 when he only has 12 matches? @PSUer1989 and @HOCKEYGOD11 bothering Wegman's customers...Funny. Just came here to post official sighting. Also at Wegmans. Looked fine. Wished him luck.
Can't we just make these decisions with our emotions and leave all of that data and analytics for someone else? Not at all, as the circumstances aren’t all that comparable.
2023
#1 Keckeisen (22-1)
#2 Hidlay (20-1)
#3 Brooks (12-1)
#4 Munoz (24-1)
#5 Coleman (19-3, H2H win over Brooks)
2025
#1 Kasak (17-1)
#2 Shapiro (11-1)
#3 Taylor (22-4)
#4 Hipolito (17-3)
#5 Cannon (20-3)
Who are you moving up ahead of Shapiro? And if you do, wouldn’t that also suggest Brooks should have been seeded last among the 1-loss guys, and even below Coleman?
Then we would be a womanCan't we just make these decisions with our emotions and leave all of that data and analytics for someone else?
Then we would be a woman
Yea I saw him too! We were both after the same item in the bakery.Funny. Just came here to post official sighting. Also at Wegmans. Looked fine. Wished him luck.
He said woman, not crazy. Oops my bad. Same thing. I wrote this post in invisible print so no one could see it. It's great technology.
Josh was looking for a good seed.’m still slightly bitter about missing out on the pumpernickel,
If that was true, he would’ve opted for sesame.Josh was looking for a good seed.
Yes. It’s a joke.Does anybody else think it's a joke that Shapiro is ranked #2 when he only has 12 matches? In 2023 Brooks was ranked 3rd because he only had 12 matches but somehow it's okay for Shapiro. Brooks also beat top-ten guys and was a returning champ but got dinged.
LOL his lawyers were right next to the seeding table!Does anybody else think it's a joke that Shapiro is ranked #2 when he only has 12 matches? Do we want the regular season to matter at all or not?Was it a joke in 2016 when Snyder got the 2 seed with only 6 matches?
Shapiro got the 2 seed because the regular season matters. Everybody else had a chance to prove themselves worthy of it, and failed.Do we want the regular season to matter at all or not?
If not, then no it’s not a joke.
Ehh I don’t know. The regular season matters. That's why Shapiro got the 2 seed. Everybody else had a chance to prove themselves worthy of it, and failed.
I have Alirez on line 2......wants to talkShapiro got the 2 seed because the regular season matters. Everybody else had a chance to prove themselves worthy of it, and failed.
Giving the 2 to anybody seeded below him merely says their regular seasons did not matter. Because none of them distinguished themselves.
Shapiro also beat top 20 Ed Scott (currently Flo #12) by stalling him out to a DQ; he was at #10 at the time. Not that it figured into the algorithm (IIRC), but Shapiro's RPI would have been #3 according to WS (he didn't have enough bouts to qualify). So, he had a strong schedule.Ehh I don’t know.
Without going too deep because I’m taking a break from cleaning my bathroom, I got Meyer with 2 top 20 wins (both to WS 18 Swisher), 3 overall to NQs. Taylor 7-2 vs NQs and what looks like a handful better wins.
Comes down to, is unbeaten with no real deal-making wins better than wrestling a lot better guys more often even if you take a few losses?
Edit: not when unbeaten, took a MFF.
Fair enough.Shapiro also beat top 20 Ed Scott (currently Flo #12) by stalling him out to a DQ; he was at #10 at the time. Not that it figured into the algorithm (IIRC), but Shapiro's RPI would have been #3 according to WS (he didn't have enough bouts to qualify). So, he had a strong schedule.
Actually Shapiro has seven wins over *six* NQs: Swisher, Harrington (Harvard), Fedalen (Columbia), Saito (Brown), Conway (Mizzou), and Scott (NC State).
That was the yeast of his problems!Josh was looking for a good seed.
Tyler and Shapiro are the top 2 , Shapiro is the only one I worry about and what do you want to do drop Shapiro down to 5 so we see him in the semi's . Rather see him in the finalsYes. It’s a joke.
Shapiro got a lot of benefit of the doubt with the 2.
Do think Iowa has an extra leg brace laying around that Josh could use? 😂😂Since when did we move the in person monthly forum meetings from Giant to Wegmans.
You guys Seeing Barr there is a great sign. The boy is still bulking up with Kasak Beef and now Wegmans bakery items to maintain the 197 weight. It looks like T Minus 4 days for Barr.
And if any of you are in line for cheesesteaks and Barr is behind you in line, show some Brotherly Love and let him jump ahead.
Was he loading up with bakery items or rice cakes? That would give us even more insight. Now this is the kind of information I pay f…demand! Top notch investigative reporting gentleman
