Iowa short passing game is pretty efficient. Other than the shitty screen pass, Defense is playing great.

You would think as an OC you would expect Iowa to double team Hamler as they are doing. Expecting that, you have to prepare your offense to run and throw to different receivers. That does not seem to be what the game plan was coming in as Clifford continues to look to Hamler as primary receiver. Better adjust quick or this game will be out of hand.

We often get burned by short passes over the middle yet we rarely do it to other teams.

After the punt, the Iowa guy was turned around (facing away from the punter), engaged with the blocker, but they were separating and he just clipped him a touch. Inadvertent, definitely .. and just a glance, at most.

My gosh...stick to the basics on the plays and teach this line how to block again. Why does our O line always seem overmatched against OSU, Iowa, and Michigan? What are they doing that we cant properly block to give Clifford a fighting chance?
