OT - Best Rock Trio Ever!!!

A real band? I really want to hear Mr. Rodgers theme. True story. I grew up in Latrobe and was actually Mr. Rodgers neighbor.

I love Genesis, but have a hard time including them when their best iteration included Gabriel and Hackett in addition to Banks/Rutherford/Collins.

(As a drummer, Collins is one of my favorite drummers . . . Peart ain’t so bad either).
Peart was a Master, Collins was better out front as a showman. Chester was better live drummer than Phil when he replaced Gabriel as lead singer.
I saw Genesis live at their peak, and I saw Collins solo at his peak. Phil and Chester played dual drums on" In the Air Tonight" with their images in a silhouette behind them when the drum solo kicked in. It truly was one of the great moments I ever saw at a live concert.

many people think the more drums you have the better you are,I have to disagree and I was a drummer!

I’m still a drummer, and I agree.

Collins’s drumming was best in my opinion prior to them hitting it bigger as their third iteration (pop 80s band). Everyone knows him for his In The Air Tonight solo, which is like the least impressive thing he ever did on drums.

Cinema Show (particularly his ‘76 live duet with Bill Bruford), Los Endos, and all his Brand X stuff is a great place to start.
