Saw that article. He's been tweeting all day. I just saw one where he is claiming to knock out Nickal like he did his teammate? Apparently he knocked out Quinton Wright? I don't know. Just started looking at his tweets today. All over the place.
He's gone off the deep end with twitter. The worst is he hasn't really wrestled. He missed CKLV, Midlands, missed Iowa and then sat out against Okie State

I love Flo and everything they do. While The Downey stuff is funny to me, I think Flo made a mistake putting this on their front page

Not sure what to make of all the tweets. Did read every one. Hard getting into someone else's head to understand, and it's not fair to judge. Something's changed however, and all the tweets I read fail the reasonable behavior rules. Hope he's ok...

If this is all just prelude to an MMA career then he's actually quite smart. I'd hate his act even if he were on my team (and it's obvious he wouldn't last long at PSU so not really a consideration) but I give him a little bit of a break because you look at his father's antics and realize he's fruit of a poisonous tree. Still gonna be extra fun watching Bo pin him.
Not knowing much about the kid I guess he could be playing this up a bit. Kind of like Chael Sonnen.
I hope so , the alternative isn't good. If he is serious then not sure if the medical field can't medicate that away.

This. After considering the way PD3 and his father act, I have no doubts the big prize in their eyes is a career in MMA. And if I'm right, what they are doing is probably smart and will at the very least generate some "looks" from the powers to be in the fight games.

The guy had the audacity to call out Sadulaev! Now that is what I would call a total buffoon if he was serious when he posted that tweet. Of course, if you guys are right about him just setting the stage for an MMA career, then I would concur that's a clever marketing strategy.

Just saw he's called out Jden Cox today as well. So far I've seen him call out dean, Nickal, Dudley, Brooks, Boyd, Crutchmer. And after March he's calling out Taylor, Cox and the Russian.

I think some people are potentially giving PD3 and PD2 too much credit for strategic thinking here. This isn't about creating a buzz for MMA, by all accounts this is who they are. Been acting this way as long as Jr. has been wrestling.
Is anyone else surprised that PD3 is 24.5 years old and a redshirt junior? I was 21 when I completed my fourth year of college.
