Sure he can amigo: Gasca was the WORST possible matchup for him, not just at B1G's but overall. Gasca was the one guy I didn't want to see, and that's why.

This is the silliest thread I've seen in a while. As a guy who lived in Nazareth, and watched every one of the kids listed, and worked with many others, I don't recall any of them as must gets. And in comparison to who we got instead….each time. Sheesh.

The Cruz argument is the best silliest one, that we should have gone after him instead. What?? Working on hindsight and it still isn't clear cut.

But here's what is clear cut. If Lehigh, or anyone else in the entire fleet of 77 teams had a choice between Jimmy Gulibon or Randy Cruz……Every last coach would have chosen 4x PA State Champ Jimmy Gulibon. Every single one of them.

There are plenty of kids on that list I am glad we didn't get or even try. We are reaching higher. And right now there's one that many of you would like to get, and knowing him….I hope he goes elsewhere.

Agree with the argument on the premise that Gulibon stayed at 133 , however if the thought they would both be wrestling at 141 I think some coaches would have been concerned about Jimmy's height.

Just go drown your sorrows tonight. It wasn't just you that defended Gulibon. I'm not going to look for it but I posted earlier in the season that we had a hole at 141 and I got trashed. I honestly sensed a unworthy bias towards Jimmy based on his high school career. I just watch the matches and let my eyes pass judgement.

Yes, but I have not seen him in many years. I have not lived in Northumberland since 1992 and have been in Hawaii for 22 years. I think Dan graduated with me.
