PRIBULA!!!!

You don't even make sense.
Coach Prime, for example, does nothing about talk about winning the Big XII and contending for titles. That's what elite athletes want--they want to contend for titles.
The "let's go 1-0" is even something Saban joked on GameDay yesterday didn't make any sense. He said you play the games to reach your ultimate goal.
Many here are still stuff in an 80s mentality where the goal is to run the table. The only goal that exits is to get in the playoffs at as close to 100% as possible so you can make a run.
I've also shared the level I've played at here.

Oh I make sense.

Change your handle to LandoTrollando, and you might be on to something.

You've never played any level. You are a tool. A laughingstock.

Guessing you've never won anything and you're content with that.

Hate to prove you wrong again, but if you watched the Colorado-Cincinnati game, you would have seen Deion talk about how great it was to get the win to become bowl eligible. For further proof, see this:

Watch the full press conference about "how it's nice" they have bigger goals
I'll help you out
“That's (bowl eligibility) not all we're after,” Coach Prime said. “That's one of the hurdles that we're jumping over, that we're going over. That's a tremendous hurdle, that we're happy, we're excited, but that's not the end goal for us."
All teams, real competitors, set real goals--going to a bowl so his kid and Hunter can skip it, isn't an important goal--just shows improvement.

What's the goal this year? To beat a bad Wisconsin team or to win a title? We all know we need Drew to accomplish the goals. I was talking about how he did well and you all still want to bitch.
lol. suddenly beating Wisconsin in a night game on the road is easy?

I said all week it was an easy game
Wisconsin struggled at home against South Dakota and Western Michigan (won by almost an identical score as our game)
Bama beat them by 32 in Wisconsin
The beat 3 of the worst (if not the worst teams) in the Big Ten and suddenly people wanted to claim they were good--they not
We dominated the entire game--just not on the scoreboard. Anyone watching that game see the talent gap between the two programs
I still don't understand why we try to make teams we play better than they are. We'll do the same with Minnesota later this year.

I guess whoever plays PSU has an easy win on their schedule.

Just remember, as he stated ... he's a Big Ten fan ... and if you aren't hyping up, supporting and cheering for other Big Ten teams ... well then, you don't know football. Which explains why, as a self-proclaimed Big Ten fan, he shits all over almost every Big Ten team.

He's so desperate for attention, that his trolling attempts are attacking each other now.

Yes...that's what we should have done and essentially what we did. Aside from 2 passes (1 which was incomplete) everything was short and safe along with 2 RPOs

Beau completed a number of intermediate passes, and some of his shorter passes were checkdowns and great progression-reads.

He did a great job of working through his progressions and made a few high-level legitimate QB'ing throws.

Although Allar is the better overall QB, and projects better at the next level, I guarantee you that a guy like Kotelnicki actually LOVES having a kid like Beau at the helm, because it actually opens up his offense more. It gives you more opportunity for trickeration when you have a highly mobile dual threat guy back there ... and that's why Kotelnicki kept putting him in there in previous games, despite me thinking it's a mistake that breaks the flow of the game ... he WANTS to have that option to mess with the defense. So, rather than limiting him, and limiting the offense, having Beau back there opens up the Kotelnicki offense ... even if he's not nearly the longer-intermediate and deep-threat passer that Allar is. Hell, that's part of the reason Allar chose to sit the 2nd half ... not because he couldn't give it a go at all, as a QB, but because he couldn't be mobile enough, in this offense, to do what he felt he needed to do. Because this offense loves a mobile QB, and Kotelnicki actually has to limit HIS offense to accommodate a traditional drop-back guy like Allar, and try to open the offense up in different ways.

We didn't "struggle"--the score was way closer than it looked
Illinois is a solid win
Ohio State would be an elite win
Other than that--our schedule is soft
USC has talent but underachieves
Wisconsin, Minnesota, West Virginia are at best average--WVU might be slightly above average with Marchiol

No, he didn't. See the throw chart. Two of the intermediate throws were bad reads on RPOs. The design on almost all his passes were to keep the ball underneath. The deep ball to Clifford was a great throw though

I guarantee you if AK can convince Drew to stay around year he'd be way more happy than having a dual threat guy. The theory that AK wants a dual threat QB because Daniels is a myth. He's capable of running his offense around any skillset which is what makes him elite. See AK before Kansas.

And, for the record, the short/safe play-calling for the majority of the half was smart and executed efficiently. It was great.

You have no credibility, but if you did, it would be lost here.

I watched the game. We struggled. Just like we did against Wisconsin. Until Beau saved the day.
lol
PFF graded Drew higher than Beau on Saturday--every sane person knows which QB played better (though both played well on Saturday) and we win that game easily if I'm playing QB. Wisconsin had no chance to put up points.
We didn't struggle against BGSU--not once during that game did anyone (again talking about sane people) think we were going to lose

Yep. Every week is a new week. nebraska almost beats tOSU after getting smoked by Indiana the week before. Every B1G game is a tough game. I think the portal has really evened things out. Indiana's star QB started for Ohio University the last two years and moved to Indiana to heighten his draft stock, for example.

What a joke! Now your discourse going from lacking "common sense" to "sane!" Pretty soon all other disagreeing posters will be racists and Nazis. As I said Grow UP!

I'm sure some are racists--probably not nazis
Yes, if you're sane you comprehend what is happening here. Sanity is lacking when it comes to fandom though because bias kicks in and many aren't able to be rational. Like, the narrative Ohio State sucks because Nebraska played them tight. Ohio State was looking ahead and almost got caught. It happens.

Agreed. Two issues with Beau

  • W defense was primed to stop Allar and not Beau so Beau comes in, plays well, but that is far different from being a starter. In some ways, it is harder because you don't get the prep time. In other ways, it is easier, as the D isn't playing your tendencies. For example, Did Beau throw deep once? I don't think so. But the D was prepped to play against Allar who has shown the propensity to beat you deep at least once a game. So the CBs didn't cheat up, they stayed back hoping to not get beat deep.
  • PSU went Punt-punt to start the 3rd qtr. the pick-six opened the floodgates and got W back on their heels. PSU grabbed the momentum. PSU then went TD and TD in their next two possessions to put it away. The game-changer was the pick-six.
Beau settled the team, ran the offense well, and made a handful of very good plays. He looked, at the very least, competent to lead the team. He added a running dimension that Allar doesn't have but lacks the field presence (IMHO) and passing threat that Allar has.

Like Joe used to say, you are never as good as you think you are after a win or as bad as you think you are after a loss.

Which is better?
Honestly, I didn't even know ESPN grades players--got a link for that one so I can see who's doing it?
As someone once said and I will repeat, do your own research.
Yours is behind a paywall.

And yet, you give her the attention she so desperately wants. If everyone would just ignore her, threads would be a lot more enjoyable for those of us who have ignored her for years.

And passer rating.
You don't like it because it disagrees with your notions. Too bad, tough sheet, so sad.
That's not a grade. I said "graded"--not stats which don't analyze play. You're using just numbers
So, yet, again, I was right and you had nothing other than data
Why do you think QBR and Passer Ratings are ESPN specific?
We need a more intelligent fan base

You guessed wrong. Who would have thought it?
So, when your team won that year that wasn't your goal? You never ever thought about winning a title
You're so wrong about everything--see Prime's comments I shared above. It's just Franklin's attempt to lessen expectations and not have to answer questions about big picture. And it works

Now you are blabbering about some idiotic thought in your head. Do us all a HUGE favor and just keep it to yourself.

We both know teams set goals--see Saban, see Prime, see everyone
Thanks for again proving my point

Subjective versus objective. Apparently you do not know the difference.
Data is facts.

Teams set goals........... A revelation!!! lmfao.... Jesus, you are sad.

Correct...that's the entire discussion here. It's not one game at a time. There's an ultimate big picture goal. Thanks for finally admitting that.

LOL.... Another revelation!!! There's a goal!!! Holy Shit, what would we have done if it were not for you?? lmfao..... Unbelievable.

I think Hando and everyone that replies to/engages him should be immediately banned from this board. For all the good that will do. You're all a bunch of ****ing idiots.
