Some of may know each other. What years and dorm floors were you in at PSU?

I was a Crawford Hoser from 1976 thru 1979. Moved to Beaver Hill for senior year
Do you know or did you the CHC fight song?
I think I remember the end of it - something like "God D%^& flim flam f*&^in' CHC "- but that's about it - am I close?

I've noticed it also. Jesus we are ALL freaking old.

Old? What makes you say that? Here are a few of the regulars looking for hot broads!

It was the Record Ranch, and there was Discount Records. That was back in the days of UCC. President of the Jazz Club was the head student and worked with the administration, I worked stage crew for most of the concerts from 73 through 77.

Hey now.... Was there anything above the Shandygaff? My recollection says not.

Don't believe so - there were places to either side, but The Gaff was on the second floor (had to go up the steps), but nothing above it. We used to go to different bars depending on the night, because they all had "quarter beer night" on a different night - The Saloon was one night, The Gaff, The Phyrst, etc...

6th floor Stuart fall 81 to spring 83. If you liked girls, beer or moose juice you were in my room.
PSUeng - Pretty safe bet we crossed paths. I didn't miss many of the house parties - the good old days when you could get kegs in the dorms. I was in 604 my first year (before you came in) and then 713 or 712 my 2nd year and 720 my last year in the dorms. I was CompSci but two of my best friends in the dorm were aerospace.

Lots of good times, quarters games and very drunk nights.

I was also stage crew 75 through 78. We were allowed backstage after Springsteen played, tried talking with him, and he basically said "f*^# off". Was throwing a football in REC Hall with Kansas roadies a couple hours before the show. Found out when Kansas came on stage that I had been running fly patterns down the aisles for the band.

Man, I was going to ask if anyone attended our annual Blue/White Beaver Bash at Beaver Gardens from '05-'07, culminating with a 68 kegger the last year, but you guys were too busy swilling metamucil!
I just laughed out loud and got smacked by my wife for waking her up. (I had to pee and it takes a while to get back to sleep.)

I believe i was in 612 both years end of hall. Was John D. one of your friends. I can not think of the other Areospace major. Quarter Masters for those that got real good. Weekly Thursday parties and the girls form Stone! Tailgating with Greg Startzels (sp) hearse. Those were fun times.

I was in the Blue Band so I missed most of the tailgates. There was one game that was a late game (under temporary lights they brought in) and we were able to tailgate before the game. I participated in the tailgate too much and wasn't sure I would get through the pre-game show without failling on my butt.

John D. wasn't one of the guys I was talking about. I don't remember John by name. Dave and Grant were the two Aerospace majors I mentioned. They were up on the 7th floor. I remember Greg. I think it was Greg that lost a bet and had his head shaved. I also remember waking up on game day mornings to guys pounding on every door yelling "What time is it? It's beat <current opponent> time!". "Rapper's Delight" was played in the dorm way too often.

Definitely good times...
