No. that's not what you did. You, like all of america got a test notification of the emergency broadcast system on your phone. You were the only one to immediately run to BWI, of all places, to specifically complain and make a snarky comment, as if being warned of a national emergency on your phone is a major inconvenience. Then, inexplicably, you acted surprised that that this occurred as if it hadn't been talked about for weeks, and started posting pictures of 1984 as if this is a system for Trump to tweet at you, which, in case anyone wanted to know if you were interested in, you "are not".
And then, you suggest I ignore you, as you will will me, so you can continue living inside your snowflake echo chamber in ignorant bliss. Seriously, it would seem that if anyone needs this system to be alerted of impending doom, it's probably you.

Yeah America is gonna show up at your front door with a post it ore and a number to call.
One of the reasons they did the test, was to determine flaws-issues with the system. There are some. Its known certain Android phones cant receive the alert and some people simply did not receive the text. Also, if you were using the phone, using data, or out of cell range you didnt get the text.

While it is annoying its not like they are sending them out daily.
On my iPhone (Settings —>> Notifications) I originally had Emergency and Amber alerts turned off so I didn’t get the POTUS’ Test. After I activated Emergency Alerts the test message came through. I guess it’s dependent upon phone and carrier.
