This is just the beginning for this program

This is why the fools (more than a few) that were calling for his head after his 1st 2 seasons are total idiots. I remember one knuckle head posting that sanctions were no excuse, youth was no excuse, blah blah blah... Some folks have no concept of what he signed up for. The cupboard was really bare. So happy to have CJF.

There is no doubt about it. I love to see fans of other teams find every reason to "hope" this is the end, but it's just getting started.

This staff has an eye for talent and the talent is coming in waves. You're seeing glimpses. Next year this team will spread the ball around. It's an embarrassment of riches on offense with a line in its 3rd year together and Trace with

Rb
Sanders
Slade
Brown
Allen

Wr
Johnson
Thompkins
Shorter
Polk
KJ Hamler
Hippenhammer
George
Sullivan Brown
Enis
Dotson

TE
Bowers
Holland
Freurmuth
Kuntz
Dalton

This offense will be explosive and the D will have studs at DT and DE with John Reid coming back at corner

It certainly looks bright, but that's what they are saying in East Lansing, Columbus, Ann Arbor, Madison and a couple other Big Ten towns.

It's going to be a tough conference for years.

Huh? If they're saying that in Ann Arbor, they shouldn't be. They're looking at the possibility of a 5th loss this season, they just finished 4th in their division (to go along with a pair of 3rd place finishes in Jimmy's first 2 years) and apparently their messiah and former NFL QB head coach can't develop a QB to save his life because he's constantly having to rent a QB just to survive. And their recruiting took a step back this year. A whole lot of undeserved hype in Ann Arbor.

Always. But after they lick their wounds from today's game, they will be back to thinking national championship contenders. I'm sure they'll have a September Heisman candidate, too.

Team reminds me a lot of Michigan of the early to mid 90s. They make there own luck. I can remember those Michigan teams getting so damn lucky in every game (minus the help from the stripes). This team plays with the confidence of those Michigan teams ... McSorely has a lot to do with it but Franklin is the catalyst.

2019-20 National Champs. I’ve called it in the 2018 recruiting post almost a year ago. I’m the Prognosticator of all Prognosticators.

17-4-2 vs the closing spread since the Minny game last year. That is outrageous.
I know this doesn't matter to some, but in my view, it is a measure of how a team performs relative to public perception.
In other words, insanely underrated in the face of incredible success (with honor).
