U23s Thread

In an interview with Track at the U23 tournament, Andy Hamilton asked him if he was going to stick with wrestling through 2024 and he said, "We'll see."

And what Bo says in the ESPN article is that the plan is Olympics in 2020 and MMA after that. What he doesn't address is what happens if he doesn't win a spot on the 2020 team.

Appreciate you sharing. Guess it's still very much up in the air. I want him to stay in wrestling as long as possible but objectively, if his long term goal is MMA, the quicker he starts that, the better.

What weight is Bo going to Wrestle summer of 2020?
No announcement yet--said in the interview posted just above that he'll "take some time, talk it over with his coaches, decide what is best." I just can't see him getting to a healthy 97 by then, but what do I know . . .

I am sure in his mind, he will make the team. Focus on the steak, not the fork which comes with it.

Call upheld (whatever it was), and that, gents, is IT! 12-2 TF
I wonder how that review would have been called had the score been tied at the time. Haha. Just can't help wondering, friggin Russians are corrupt in pretty much everything they're involved in. Good job by Bo not letting the officials play a role.

Congrats Bo Nickal!
