Where are all the Pribulla Package haters now?

Because that package worked once doesn't mean it didn't take snaps from the starter.

That package was a net loser.
They won a very tough and vitally important game the whole way across the country because of that package. They won all the other games using that package to set up the play that won the USC game. The facts are not in your corner. In addition, the game experience provided to Pribula allowed him to step in when he was desperately needed and seamlessly engineer a win. This time halfway across the country and in a very hostile setting. Nice cherry on top and complete vindication for the coaching staff.

SIAP- anyone watching the new Matlock series?

To explain, the attorney is asking for a continuance on the case and knows the hard ass judge won’t grant one. But said attorney had learned prior that the judge is a Michigan fan. So the attorney references Lloyd Car getting 2 seconds added back to the clock agains Penn State in 2005 which allows Chad Henne to throw the winning TD to Mario Manningham. 😑
Point being, all she needs is a little time added for the continuance. The judge smiles and grants it.

I completely agree. My recollection is that the package hasn’t been all that successful in gaining that many yards when compared to other plays they could / did use. You’re literally playing with one less offensive player (Allar) out of the game to participate since he seems to just move to the sidelines during the plays.
USC game amnesia?

Landon Tengwall is confident that Allar has a Grade 1 MCL injury.

We need to attack the weak links on their O Line. Leverage Durant's quickness. Vilbert and Vanover are solid DEs for us and fill in well for DDS. Ford is really coming on at DT and a great run stuffer. He just clogs up space but is athletic. If we can get pressure on Howard that could be our magic sauce to get a W. Maybe a turnover.

OSU will attack our LBs and Winston replacement.
From what I've seen, their whole OL is a weak link. They suck

I was surprised this play wasn't reviewed.

Especially given that they Reviewed a clear Wisconsin incompletion a few plays earlier (even the NBC Announcing Crew, including the Rules Expert - Mike Pereira - were laughing at the Review and said it was completely unnecessary as it was beyond clear in "real time" that the Wisconsin receiver did not catch the ball). What is more shocking than the call on the field is the fact it wasn't Reviewed when slow motion clearly shows Reed intercepted the ball.

This is an important point. Ohio State D will spend quite a bit of time looking at Pribula's tendencies and scheming ways to fool him into interceptions. Very different from Wisconsin's situation. If he plays Saturday those throws over the middle into tiny windows become very dangerous against the kind of athletes Ohio State has in the secondary. It's hard to calculate safeties and linebackers who run faster, jump higher and have great eye-hand coordination.

I did really like how Pribula played once he got into the flow of the game. Those last two drives were both superb -- and yes the Wisconsin D was tired, so that was a factor. But Beau was making decisions very quickly. He has a very quick release and that makes up a bit for the lack of a cannon arm. He's quick as a runner -- he gets to speed very fast. It was really impressive. Pretty amazing to see Allar play his best football one week, and then the following week we see Pribula play his best football. Nice turn of events.
Allar was terrific vs Wisconsin before the injury.

No comments on Drew cussing out a fan?

Yeah that’s a huge problem. Other fans will see this and start harassing the hell out of him. He needs to grow up quickly or this could get really ugly.
I sincerely hope this is satire because you are usually on the mark. Also, I enjoy most of Obliviax’s posts but this one is out to lunch. It did appear the person Drew was interacting with was on the field. During a game the field belongs to the players. He is certainly entitled to unload on someone acting inappropriately among the players during a game. And I’m quite sure his teammates are fully behind him. Having said that, as of yet no one knows exactly what this was all about so the speculation is as meaningless as the action itself.
