Does Warren play like he did against USC in order for Allar to replicate those numbers in that hypothetical?

The three network games - Nebraska/tOSU, Illinois/Oregon and PSU/Wisconsin - are all superior so not really a surprise. Also Michigan needed a conference game on BTN and this was a good option.

If the reason you lose is because you had to play at night then I don't know what to say to you other than you are not a playoff team. For the second time, Alabama blew them out and so did USC in the second half. If Alabama had to play them at night they still would have easily won. Will it be a tough game? Absolutely. But if you are who you say you are, you win comfortably.

The vibes from this team are much closer to 1982 than 1986. They find a way but are imperfect both offensively and defensively.

To get there though they had better get Singleton healthy. Hopefully the bye helps.

This isn't Barry's Wisconsin. The 200 yard rusher vs Rutgers is an anomaly until they do it again. It's like the post-Illinois "is the OL as good as '94?" posts. Way premature, very likely matchup dependent.

Phil Longo strives for balance in his Air Raid, but prior to Rutgers they were only successful passing mostly. Be interesting to see how they do vs NW this weekend while we are on the bye.

If he replicates the USC stats vs the remainder of our schedule AND we go 13-0 (primarily, wins over OSU and Oregon in the CCG), then it's in the ball park because Heisman voters tend to favor QBs.

The only other front runners are Jeanty and Hunter right now. Hunter missed some time vs KState, and could miss more.
