2017 NCAAs Session I Thread

Kolodzik is very tough. Not super prolific offensively, but very fundamentally sound and difficult to score upon. Has wins this season over Ashnault (4-3), Luke Pletcher (9-3), McCrystal (8-6 in OT), Javier Gasca (16-0 TF), and two close wins over Randy Cruz. Only loses were to Jack (1-0) and McKenna (4-0).

So beat him 3-1.

Just saw Jimmy and Zain hanging out in the hotel and Jimmy was all smiles and seemed to be ready when I talked to him. This is when Jimmy wrestles his best so hopefully he can pull it off!

I agree about Cutch. He is a bigger wrestler now then back then and is a much better 197 pound wrestler with a season at the weight. I would think the gap between now and then would have only widened.

I hear you guys, but I'm not buying the weight gain scoring benefit in Cutch's case. Having said that, Cutch navigated 97# in the BIG pretty successfully. He's not a guy who is going to light up the scoreboard, but he finds a way more often than not.

Jimmy....well, he has a chance to shock the college wrestling world this evening, and yes, it does happen...
