All that Pyles talked about during the Desanto/Piotrowski match was Piotrowski stalling.
Pyles has a major hard on for DeSanto. It’s embarrassing.
With the push outs, I think Pyles thinks he is at a freestyle tournament and points are earned at everyone.

He was worried about stalling. When
well.....He spent some time in the RBY match v DeSanto saying the same thing. At least he’s consistent.
The refs need to start calling Desanto for stalling with those push outs. His head is completely down looking at the mat and he's just pushing guys out which by the book is stalling.
Pyles thinks we are back in the 1st year of the edge rule.
That year you could stick your head in the middle of your opponent's chest and march him off the mat and 70% of the refs would call it stalling every single time.
Then they cleaned up the interpretation.
Now, everyone sees it for what it is - sticking your head in the middle of your opponent's chest and marching forward. It's not stalling on the opponent unless he backs straight OFF the mat OR you're in Carver with 10K screaming at you.
It is what it is with Pyles and crew, so I wouldn't get too worked up about it.
I shouldn't say crew because there are a few left that know their sh#t. But unfortunately they are less and less the face of that company.

Assad has taken zero shots in 8+ minutes of wrestling so I assume HR is up in arms wanting stalling against him
I hate to knock him for being aggressive but it was just stupid wrestling by Lyon there. He had 15 second RT advantage, Assad has done nothing offensively besides counter, no reason to take a shot there

Wow, Cassiopi just decked Jenson of Nebraska on a slick roll-through from a standing position (Jenson had Cassiopi's leg, who was hopping on the other leg). Pretty slick for a big guy.

Cass moves very well for a big and yet looks slow and unathletic against Parris and Gable which tells me just how athletic those 2 are. Cass is entertaining, I definitely tip my cap to the big man
Very true. Credit Lyon for trying to score but it wasn't smart in that situation. Pretty much handed the match to Assad.

Digger, My opinion is that now is not the time to buy such toys. We have a lot of potential costs down the road. Even today Jason is Wrestling in a foreign country. I'm hoping the slush fund needs to be depleted completely and turned into Yen after the first week in April.
If you like old Chevys may I suggest a trip to Havana?
He's really good - big, strong dude. I expect him to remain top 4ish next year behind Kerk, Parris and Steveson.
