That was one of the best and most brutal throws I’ve seen in a long time. If anyone missed it you need to go watch. Incredible. Her opponent just walked off the mat thankfully!
Blades is so tall and flexible that her throws drop her opponents right on their heads. Ouch!

Walking into the arena a while ago, a guy wearing a Zain Train shirt came up to my wife and I. I had on a Penn State shirt. He introduced himself, it was Clay. What a nice guy and his hire was a great "recruiting" move by Cael.
No way Zain was beating this guy, but that referee is what's wrong with freestyle. The Iranian never went on the clock which was ridiculous.
I hope Zain didn't exhaust the Iranian too much for his next match.
Let's hope he gets pulled back for Bronze and weight management doesn't affect his performance in early morning repechage match.
Amouzad stayed planted in the center while Zain darted in and out. Kept breaking engagement and was always towards the boundary. No ref will ever put Amouzad on the clock in that situation.

Brooks did the same and went on the clock. Standing in the center is not freestyle wrestling. This isn't Greco-Roman.
Not making light of it at all, but Blades' injured opponent spent a lot of injury time after the match which gives Blades some extra recuperation time for match two.
