Sounds like a reasonable penalty, providing it's enforced at the beginning of the 2024 season.
This year, The B1G really needs the UM to step up and promote the equal prowess (power) between the B1G and the SEC. I believe Jimmy can do this....CFB Champions.

Yeah, I am fairly certain that whatever punishment they get will totally disappoint this board. There are like 5 separate threads on this topic all with tons of comments. At the end of the day it probably will be a suspension of Harbaugh for like 2 games vs Akron and New Mexico State or whatever cupcakes they have next year. That is if he is not
the Raiders coach by then. Of course then there will be 5 more threads after that complaining about the lightness of the penalties.
