The penalty point to make it 9-0 was for a head slap by Cressell.
what's up with all these challenges just too much and it seems the score table is making decisions when they cant even keep up with the score!its a mess and some are taking like 10 minutes!guys are getting crushed and their side is doing a challenge TOTAL JOKE

Some quick takeaways here:
1) Nate Desmond is really, really good and could well end up a top 10 recruit in the 2025 class.
2) Aaron Stewart of Illinois has absolutely ridiculous upside. Only scratching the surface of his ability and still just U16

I would not be surprised if Stewart were a 2026 priority recruit, despite there being no apparent lineup spot for him.
Karenbauer has PSU ties with Steen and his HS coach. Hutcherson also has ties to PSU with Matt McCutcheon and Joey Blumer who both went to the same high school as Hutcherson. I like both Karenbauer and Hutcherson.
I don't think anyone is beating Stewart right now. Hutcherson lost a close controversial match in the Quarters. I heard Stewart is a real good football player also. This is Hutcherson first year in 16U at a man's weight. Will be interesting to see how he keeps growing. Karenbauer is small but fiesty.

Just saw Pierson broke his headgear and had to wrestle without the halo head gear. He hasn’t taken that headgear off since 3rd grade. He even wears it to school
How about Austin Johnson! Still battling and put it on Jake Conroy, AAA stud. I wish more D4 kids would roll out to fargo. I think we would help PA a lot.
If Hutcherson accepted the invitation to train with NLWC, which he earned by winning the US Open U15s, then that's a much stronger PSU tie than a couple guys who graduated from college before he entered junior high.

Wow, Desmond had no answer for that left handed underhook. Very impressive match from Seidel.
Seidel completely shut Desmond down and he killed him with that underhook throw-by. Fun match though
Seth Mendoza beats Hockaday in a wild match. Was 13-10 late in the second when Mendoza got the fall. In the finals we get another round of Jax vs Mendoza!
