Lamar apologists?

No they didn’t. Tucker was interviewed after the game. Said he’s done it every game for 12 years first time there’s ever been an issue. You can see butker at the far end of the field. I was at the game and saw it.
Tucker himself said he moved it a little and then Travis stepped in and that he is shocked that anyone is even talking about it.

Seems ironic the self proclaimed proudest bullies in the NFL always looking to make a game a street fight to be complaining.

Would it be an issue if the Ravens won? Hmmmmm!

LJ can do things that no other QB can do, make plays that no other QB would even consider trying. That being said, the passing game never looks polished for any length of time. Ravens passing game reminds me of PSUs over the last 5 years or so, even when it works, it still doesn't look pretty.

A lot has been made of LJs record in the playoffs, what is more disconcerting is the fact is the Ravens have only scored at least 21 points once in any of the playoff games. Hard to win in the playoffs (Hell Dilfer had more 21 point games, although the D was responsible for those points)

In regards to the passing game, I wasn't sure to who deserved the blame, LJ or Roman. New OC this year, similar results in the playoffs.

LJ may improve in the second year of the new system, and he is certainly better than just a running back playing QB. However, all of these analysts who have been criticizing other teams for not trying to sign LJ, ruining their cap in the process and losing two first round picks deserve to be laughed at.

That sassimes the things he does well (run) is not taken away (again) by injury…it’s just a matter of time…the human body is not equipped to be a running QB…it is no coincidence that absolutely zero stay healthy enough to thrive…Lamar is no exception. And he is no genius (which is important for reading defenses, make quick decisions- especially under duress).

Using a basketball analogy, LJ is like an ultra quick point guard whose height and arm length make it more difficult for him to pass to the open shooter or finish your shot consistently when driving to the hoop.

And he does not seem to possess that intangible that players like Maholmes just seem to have to sense the rush or throw it away.

I will say that watching Travis during the game he seems like kind of an ass - but seems to be given a lot of leeway with OPI as well - heck of a ayer regardless.

Well, he could not beat Brady.

Lamar can’t beat anyone.

Lamar is no PManning.
Heisman Trophy winner best player in college football.
Two time MVP best player in pro football.
Does things at the position that have never been done in the history of the league.
And so stupid he negotiated the league’s highest salary by himself without an agent. But you do you and keep riding that awesome Pickett/Trubiskey/Rudolph train.
