Anyone else watching the forecast for Friday night?

I'm still hopeful that I can make the trip from York, but it's not looking good at the moment!

Does anyone know if the pre-paid parking is transferrable?

I believe I read that you can but need to call customer service. I need to look into it, transfer mine to my sons since now I plan to park downtown. My sons will be rolling in right before it starts due to work.

We are only 50 miles away but the wife is definitely concerned about the roads and other drivers Friday.

Going to SC might be sketchy but the snow is supposed to end in the afternoon. Trip home should be OK. Calling for 1-3 inches early Friday. The last couple of dual meets were affected by storms but the roads were pretty well cleared.

Another York resident here. I’m not heading up Friday but will be going up Sunday.

Where(ish) are you in York?

I just booked my hotel for Thursday night too and heading up early. Not messing with 322 over 7 mountains on Friday.

I'm in the HV and it appears that the storm system should be through here around 12 noon. Rain will be east of here and coming in from the west should be clear. If the Buckeye bus makes here everyone else should, too.

The driver of that accord instantly regretted that decision. The F150 noticed right away what was happening and engaged the turbo boost in the fast lane. The Accord likely makes it otherwise. I wonder from a legal perspective if the F150 is guilty of wreckless driving aswell. I'm curious how that one ended up.
I loved the commentating aswell! You Suck! 🤣

I assume both will likely get the reckless driving tickets. From what I read this back and forth was going on for a while with the truck speeding up and slowing down to keep the road blocked and not allow the car to pass (including when he sped up at the end).

Says a lot about those taking the video that they are cheering that crash. I get the irritation at the reckless driver of the car, but he just went head on into a mountain side. I’m not sure ‘Very nice! Yes!! You suck!!’ is the proper response. 🙄

Turbo boost? What the hell are you driving? Kitt from Knight Rider?

Every F bomb I've driven has been a dog when I needed it. Pathetic excuse for a truck.

Yes mine is Twin Turbo. 375 HP/470lbs Torque. tows 13,000lbs. Always been there when I needed it. Definitely not a dog I assure you. And I was never a Ford guy until now. I grew up Chevy and GMC only

You need torque to pull a boat and a Toy hauler. Freedom is indeed great

The F150s I drive for work are horrible. No power or acceleration at all. I have a 4 cylinder Silverado that would easily out perform those F150s.

Yes, work trucks are usually dogs. Get a good F 150 and you’ll see the difference. I can pull my boat over the Summit Mt at 70 with room to spare. Got to get a good Ford engine though

I am aware of the match on Sunday. Teams have done joint "meets" before. I think it may be easier to do that rather than reschedule?
The current forecast is for less than an inch and the "storm" will be over by noon. That's from The Weather Channel.

Turk,
When that 3.5mm square shaft we make for the active manifold breaks, it's not our fault. It was a poor design I warned them about in 2013. There is a lawsuit ongoing between our customer and Ford for service costs associated to the breakage. If your performance begins to suffer, look there.

Schools leaving out in lock haven area at eleven. Looks like the worst will be over before tomorrow hopefully. Shod be plenty of time to clear the roads. At least 80 we are
