They aren't dominant. That's precisely what I said. I'm not sure that I expected it, but they don't have a downhill aggression that I think we need to beat Michigan; luckily, we should be peaking by then hopefully.
7 is fine. Yardage is fine. Hopefully we clamp down. Forced a 3 and out on the last WVU possession. Need to do that more.
OL sure didn't live up to expectations. Neither did DL.
Our one punt was for 29 yds and we were 0-2 on FGs.
Abdul Carter had no tackles.
Did Theo Johnson play? He's not in the stats.

I’m more pissed about the RT then anything else. Wallace has played like this for 2/3 years and we keep starting him. You can’t tell we don’t have a better RT on the team.
Yeah, they didn’t look great today either but that’s not what concerns me. I’m more focused on PSU. I’ll let the OSU boards fret over todays OSU game.
He tackled the QB on the 3rd and 15 scramble I thought, but he isn't credited in the box score. Who made that play?
Too funny - you really put a lot of weight on the 1st half of the opening game of the season... According to you, duhO$U is insanely over-rated at #3 given that they were only beating Indiana 10-3 at the half with only 177 yards of offense in 1st half.
The best teams with the depth always capitalize in the 2nd half. We shall see how that depth works out. I'm personally not sweating this. 😁
Drew Allar didn't give the best throw to KeAndre Lambert-Smith but it still looked to be a catchable ball. Penn State might be up 21-7 right now if he had made the catch.
Just how many times is PSU going to bail WVU out? Now a bad throw AND a drop on an easy 3rd Down Conversion....
A good throw is 7 points. That throw was good enough for a first down.
Defense is definitely not what we expected.....far too many yards on the ground.
Leave a team in the game too long and they gain confidence. Gonna be a tough one from here on out……
Allen between the tackles. Singleton inside and outside. #1 would not have gotten Singleton around the left end....

Nice TD there. Allar made the throw look effortless. I was afraid he was going to overthrow the situation but the receiver did well to stay in bounds.
I don't think they believe Allar is as good as the hype has been.

He had a good rush on WVUs drive their first 2nd half series. Almost drew a hold.
Adjustments working now. Perhaps just some overreacting in the 1st half? Myself included.
Our offensive woes are primarily just 1st game stuff. KLS would have 3 TDs now if Allar hit him in stride. And he's been uncoverable on that deep srive route.
