Lamar with two early fouls. Missing some open looks and a little flat/sloppy at the offensive end, but playing solid D.
We will be top 25 in both the AP and Coaches if we don't blow it today
Which so far, we are doing.
I’d place serious $ against that. We didn’t get a single vote in the AP, and beating Bucknell/Yale wouldn’t move the needle THAT much.

Regardless, if we win today I'm confident we are top 25. They are starting to get attention from the talking heads. The KenPom rating is currently 27.
But If they lose today, I'm not sure there is any hope for Pat. After blowing through two decent opponents he struggles against a bad one.
Get your head out of the sand... we aren’t playing well in the first half, but Penn State is actually poised to be ranked with a win today or maybe another win. The metrics have us anywhere from top 15 to top 60, with the average in the 25-30 range.
Well aware of where we are in the metrics...also well aware that we won’t be ranked unless we win today and also win both games in Brooklyn.
Started pressing a bit on offense as shots weren’t dropping. Yale is doubling Lamar in the post, so give him a touch then move the ball for open looks. Too many quick/forced shots that last 7-8 minutes.

What I have no idea about, however, is what the AD would do in terms of a replacement. I believe that Thad Matta is still sitting out there with no job.
But PSU's history is so, so bad with hiring coaches for this program.

I hope the shots start falling and they squeak this one out. But this is pretty depressing right now.
Yup.. Gutsy performance IF they hold on.. especially when our entire fan had their eyes fixated in columbus.... doesn't surprise me they've shot like crap from the field
