Wisconsin "observatons"

Well I completed my "trifecta" for the year. Minnesota, Iowa and tonight Wisconsin. Just some random observations.

1. The Field House in Madison is similar to the venue in Minnesota. A great place to watch a meet. $5.00 admission. General admission. Get there early and you are on top of the action. No bad seats in the house. Great ice cream
2. CLASS GUYS. Before the meet both Hall and Bo spent a considerable amount of time with the kids. Signing autographs and getting pictures. Both seemed to really enjoy the kids.
3. This is the first place where I have heard a "play by play" announcer. Well kind of. He would announce moves and holds as the match was going on. Also lead the Wisconsin crowd in "cheers". It was different.
4. Not sure if it was visible, however, Joseph was just a "little upset" after the match, as he walked back to the locker room.
5. FUNNIEST moment.... When Zain had Crone on his back in what seemed like a pin. Zain picked his head up and looked at the ref (their faces only 2 feet apart). The expression on his face was "I've had him pinned for the last 10 seconds. Are you going to slap the mat or not"
6. Jimmy is a "man possessed". Since the last period at Iowa he is in aggression mode.
7. I shouldn't have favorites, however, Bo is my favorite. Never know where the pin will come from, however, it will come sometime. Very exciting to watch.
8. Seemed to be about 30 PSU fans in the field house (maybe a few more).
8. Last some adult (not to be named) got a picture with Mark Hall after his win

Well no BIG10's or Nationals for me... so that's the year..... everything else on TV.

Dominating team performance. Cenzo choked one away there, very much due to lack of awareness which is inexcusable at that level but he'll be okay. He should be a "little upset" with himself.

Medberry is a physical freak for Hwt, but Nevills also should/could have had one there as well. Do like what I'm seeing in him, think he can win next time.

Gulibon looked really good, hope this is the "new" him wrestling out there the guy we always knew could be there somewhere.

Great observations. I was pleasantly surprised (probably thru experience and extremely low expectations) with the Wisconsin broadcast on BTN+. Other than 133 the other losses I think are long-term positives. Guys are right there.
