For Day and tOSU, they've lost to UM for four years in a row. They haven't been to a natty game. They are all-in on NIL paying out over $20m this year. They have a loss and another would really hurt their chances for a playoff birth and they still have the UM and Indy games on their schedule. The seat is hot for coach Day and he may not survive a loss to PSU and missing out on a natty birth.

The losing team will have to make some fundamental changes or accept mediocrity. either of those paths will affect these teams more than just the 2024 season.

Hack's got more upside than any QB in this class--he's going to look phenomenal at a pro day/combine in shorts and a teeshirt and a GM/coach will fall in love. There isn't a throw he can't make.
IMO--he's easily the best QB we've had since Collins. Even his accuracy is over 70% this year. I just don't know what some people expect from him. If anyone watched Texas-Georgia (with 3 future 1st round QBs) I think it became obvious how impressive Drew is.

Similarly, I would like to hear the analysis and deliberation of the NCAA appellate board that overturned their decision (along with a biography and resume of this governing body).

You can certainly argue the merits of both sides, but when the error is not obvious and egregious, then the ruling on the field should be upheld.

I can't comment on the quality of officiating that OSU has been getting recently as I rarely watch their games.

I do know from watching PSU vs OSU games over the years that 'all the calls go against OSU is 'bull caca'.

It's not like they ruled a pass complete that bounced a foot in front of the intended receiver with a ref staring at the ball at a critical juncture of the game or anything......
