That said, those things aren't going to make a huge dent in the $700 million cost. Best hope IMO is the "brand exposure" you're talking about. But is that as important as NIL money? How much money are PSU donors willing to spend?

Personally I think one of the likely ways to pay for some of it is to eliminate a couple non revenue sports.

There will always be big concerts no matter the act. As time goes by, they are going to go where they get the biggest bang for the buck. They only have so many tour stops in them. The bigger the venue, the more they make

Maybe, maybe not. This is just the list of games on (network) FOX. According to this article - https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5511096/2024/05/22/big-ten-friday-fox-schedule/ - there is going to be 16 games in total on Fridays for the Big Ten. The remaining ones which will be on FS1 or BTN in addition to the two Black Friday games (one on CBS, one on NBC) will be announced in about 1-2 weeks.

Very premature. Winston hasn't even been a true 1st string starter yet for us having shared time with Reed, Ellis, and Wheatley. He does have the size needed to project well, but his draft status will hinge a lot on his 40 time.

Good to see him on the list for somebody though. Unsure how Starks and the Iowa kid aren't 1-2 as they were basically starters by the end of their 1st years. But that's just me spitballing.

Do they have to? November and night games don't occur without agreements.

And the past couple years, Fox picking the game for its noon slot has hurt more than anything.

This feels like a CBS 330 kick IMO, which could still be a White Out if our PTB say so.
