Rojas and company have to start doing their job better. I like Carter occasionally dropping into coverage but the decision to play him on the edge was done for a reason. There's no way I'm changing that now.
He's also the best edge rusher to keep Howard in the pocket if we play contain like we did against WVU

Agree on Rojas. Time for him to quit making so many mental mistakes and taking bad angles.

OSU player not suspended for 1st half

I recall a game back in 2021 when the OSU was playing Minny in a close night game. The Ransom DB from the OSU totally lit up a Minny receiver on a crossing pattern and knocked him out! He launched, made helmet to helmet contact and no flag, with the receiver getting knocked out.

Does anyone else remember that play? That's biased officiating at it's best.

If Vanovr and/or Smith Vilbert can hold serve against the run and get pressure when needed it allows Carter to be moved around to keep OSU off balance.

I said it on the day DT's move was announced and I'll say it again. His hire at Ok State will be a bigger issue for Iowa than for Penn State. Fact is that there was no HC position available at PSU and there won't be for quite a while (hopefully). If DT wanted a HC position, this one was probably the best that was ever going to be offered to him until way down the road. So good for him. I wouldn't be heartbroken if in 20 or so years he came back to PSU as Cael's successor. But I'm not worrying about that now.
