I see a lot of people who talk wrestling on youtube have them in the finals. All I've heard have picked Keegan. I haven't really heard one person mention the Penn State effect. Keegan and Mitchell know each other and have no doubt faced off before whether it counted or not. But only one of them has been working under the best staff in wrestling, with some of the best wrestles in the country to train with leading up to this tournament. Maybe Mtichell is a year early and will have to wait until next year, but I kind of get Bo Nickal vibes where I can see him knocking off a 2-time champ like Bo beat Gabe Dean. Whatever happens, it will likely be entertaining.

Login to view embedded media I haven’t been on so this is probably posted already if not enjoy. I wanted to use this video as exhibit A of how PSU accomplished its goals at the NCAAS last month. The narrative seems to be that we are this monolith that rolled to victory. The reality was BB getting back to back pins, Carter beating two national champions with one leg(so that’s half a leg per champion), and Tyler winning seven straight. The story isn’t that this was the best team ever the story was that this was the best performance by PSU under Cael so far. The smart money is on us getting better.

The venue for the Men’s Final Four is looking good!

Phoenix does such a great job of hosting major events. I’m sure other cities do as well, but it’s always great to see the some of the world’s largest sporting events here in town.

Some of the best graphics were in the tunnel and locker rooms but were photo restricted. The players are going to be pumped! Well done Phoenix. Bring on the teams!

Edy is big and very effective close in with his right & left hand. Purdue's PG Smith has really improved over last year. Purdue is solid. Still like UCONN to repeat and that is the only team remaining in my bracket picks.

Meeting with Fashanu was huge. Enough to beat FSU and others, we'll see, but PSU moving up for him:

FYI - anyone who has Amazon Prime will want to check out the remake of Road House. Jake Gyllenhaal plays the same role as Patrick Swayze in the original version. But the big surprise is Conor McGregor who plays the bad guy. It was his first role in a movie and he’s a natural as an actor. Lots of good fight scenes and badass action. Definitely not what I would call a chick flick!
