Football Just read that van den Berg is no longer on the team.

Plenty of talented and experienced DT's still on the roster, but he seemed like a stout DT for the middle of the defense......

Edit: Rivalsl already had an article on it.

Quinton Martin

Just watched highlight film of Charles Woodson, & Michigan used him everywhere. Hoping we do the same thing with Martin this season as I firmly believe based on his high school film winning 2 state championships in a row that he ultimately has the athleticism, & skill set to play at multiple positions on offense, & defense, & be effective!

With that being said, I do believe we’re very fortunate that Martin didn’t end-up at Ohio State as I do believe he would’ve made the Buckeyes who are already loaded an even better team due to his elite athleticism, & versatility.

Current 2025 recruiting class status

I am cautiously optimistic about the direction of our 2025 recruiting class.

Right now we're sitting at 11 commits, 4-6 that are currently rated 4star depending on which recruiting service you choose. I see 3-4 of them potentially ending up as 4stars everywhere. (Barker, Hayes, Aliciene, Samuel). In the end, 8 or 9 of these commits could be rated 4stars.

Going forward, we look VERY STRONG at this time with at least 7 4stars/potential 4stars. I say 7 as a minimum:

WR - L Cyrus
WR - J Exinor
OL - M Carroll
OL - H Watts
TE - A Olesh
DT - T Wilson
S - K Winston

Frankly, we also have a shot at many more top kids right now. This could be the year we break back into the Top10 classes. I remain cautiously optimistic.

Match Thread Edinboro dual - Sun. Feb. 25 at 2 pm

I wouldn't be opposed to a heavy room guy lineup against Edinboro. Know it's senior day and health for the postseason is the key.

125 - Davis (needs reps and confidence)
133 - Let Nagao recover (he'll have to steal a B1G spot anyways), let Shunk get a Senior Day match
141 - Beau, could be his last match in Rec
149 - Kasak, needs 149 matches as well
157 - Barraclough (no sources if he's portaling but imagine he's getting introduced as a senior)
165 - Joe Lee (let Mitch recover from getting dinged up against Nebby)
174 - Carter is better and wants his "last match at Rec"
184 - Bernie senior day
197 - AB, for sure his last match
285 - Kerk (we don't have a backup heavy honestly anyways)

Report: Potential No. 1 NFL Draft pick Caleb Williams made approximately $10 million in NIL deals at USC

I wonder if he found time to take an accounting class to count all the money he made while he was supposed to be getting an education? #dumbing down of America.

Another grill thread, this time, specifically.... PELLET SMOKER GRILLS

Over the years, this board has helped me greatly when purchasing new grills. Based off my last thread, I ended up replacing my old Weber Summit with a brand new Weber Summit and couldn't be happier. It's a great grill. However, I want to add one more appliance to my already recklessly assembled outdoor space... a pellet grill.

I already have the Big Green Egg style grill, along with my Weber gas grill. Now I want a pellet grill. And please, don't ask why. Just like some of you high-end watch collectors, I get excited over grills. I've been looking at the obvious one.... Traeger (the new Ironwood model), as well as Weber, Recteq, and Z Grills. I really only have one "must have option" for the grill and that is an integrated grease catcher. With my Labrador retriever, I can't have the bucket hanging off the side to catch grease as that damn dog would lick the bucket until the chrome poly coating came off it.

So fire away! Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences with their pellet grills?

I did see this thread but it's 3 years old and curious if anyone had updates.
