I expected Hall to win tonight, but wow - he absolutely dismantled a quality wrestler who is also a 5th year senior.

Recall, Bo was in a tight one with Brunson last year until he caught Brunson late in the 3rd.

Hall just absolutely shredded the kid.

Hall is just that dam good how Meyer beat him is a puzzle to me and it will be I firmly believe it will be his last lost in college..Watching a 4 time champion and if the red shirt not pulled he would have gone down with a record like your coach undefeated...

Meyer is a tough hombre...but we will see. Hall was a technical machine tonight.

FYI - Bo Jordan was well enough to wrestle last night.

Defeated Micah Barnes by MD.

I'm embarrassed to admit that I too have fallen pray to this nonsense, and I'm an OSU fan.

I've never once acknowledged anything in questioning Bo like every other fan besides Ohio States love to on a daily basis, like this thread itself, but I can admit I too have been questioning in my mind the full extent ofBo's true health status and it's actual severity...

Which ultimately then lead me to questioning Bo's toughness, all the way to wondering if behind the scenes maneuvering and positioning using an injury exaggeration to help protect his seed was actually occurring behind the scenes..

I'm comfortable in proclaiming now that my speculation was normal, especially considering the amount of speculation and peoples certainty to it all be true/facts.

I'm now embarrassed because it has turned out that Jordan is not resting a turf toe,a tweaked ankle, or nothing else so many people have wrongfully accused Bo of all season long, and have speculated in satisfying what they hoped was actually happening....

Turns out Bo has a freakin recurring tumor in his foot he's tried to remove several times with several surgeries l...yet without compete success to this point.

Bo has actually now resorted himself to being have to simply wrestle through the intense pain during a match, as well as manage the pain afterwards.

And here people have been questioning this kids toughness!! Lol. I hope a lot more people feel as stupid as I even do, and I only questioned Bo in my head, not out there for the world to see.

I can only imagine what the pain would be like having to put weight and your body weights pressure on a foot rubbing up against a tumor mass, effecting the numerous amount of nerves in your feet.

Nobody in their right mind, nor physically would be able to wrestle their season's schedule in Bo's condition. He's still trying to figure out the best way to manage both actually wrestling with it, but also managing he actual pain.

The Columbus news interview yesterday actually showed Bo's foot and its tumor's location on his foot, and it appeared to be more on the front part of his foot, and more to to the ankle side.

Now I'm only speculating here and do not pretend to be a podiatrist nor did I stay in a holiday inn express last night, but the location would appear Bo should be able to successfully receive some sort of local pain injection to numb and reduce the pain in a multi day tourney like the Nationals, whether it be cortisone or something else.

If it were more to the bottom, numbing that part of the foot where you push off would I would assume would drastically effect a wrestlers performance, versus the top like Bo's actually is.

All I know is I'm sorry Bo for being a moron and actually pretending to know anything about what you have to go through on the mat, or behind the scenes.

I'll be rooting for you now more now than ever.

Where to start with this absurd diatribe..... First of all, it would seem you fell "prey" to something....rather than fall in prayer, but alas this is the least of your problems with the English language.

I think my favorite part of your diatribe is that Bo has missed recent matches because he went under the knife for multiple surgeries, but managed to somehow wrestle in other duals during the same time period using local pain-killers and anti-inflamatories (cortisone or such)??? Must only be certain duals where he is unable to use local, non-surgical treatments to manage the pain - who knew???

That really sucks. I hope they figure out a way to rid him of this forever so he doesn't have it bother him the rest of his life. Dylan Ness wrestled most of his career dealing with painful injuries and would have to miss significant mat time often it always seemed to me. I never questioned his toughness, but he was so fun to watch I always felt cheated. Bo isn't as exciting, but still always worth watching and people just want to see him wrestle. Few from other fan bases would complain if a guy like Tony Nelson or Dean Heil never wrestled because we don't mind missing what wasn't worth watching anyway.

I'll pray for Bo's recovery and hope that he can compete at nationals unhindered by the condition and pain.

Watched the news clip...mostly about diapers and being a dad. It did mention a tumor and showed his foot in a sock. It also said he has managed it his entire career....

Valencia now #1. Nice to see a few publications not reward Tan Tom's seed protection.

It will be interesting to see how many matches Ryan forfeits, after Bo qualifies for Nationals with two wins at the B1Gs. I highly doubt he'll send him out to wrestle Hall in the finals.

Not according to Dr. Drama.....according to him, Jordan has been going under the knife every other week which is why he's missed so many duals.

I have said it before but in jest but now I am serious that Spyker is Cael's alter ego. I thought at first when I joined the board that dude Roar was Cael given that he was so knowledge in every aspect of wrestling (reminded of Cliff Clavin but difference knowing things of interest as opposed to non sense) but then I thought if I were Cael I would not make it so obvious so I scratched that, then I thought that guy El Jefe was Cael but would Cael refer to himself as the boss, I don't think so. I moved on to thinking it was that dude dropster but then he changed his avatar to the guy in the red jacket and I thought Cael would never wear that. Then you have all the others that you can remove by location (Johnstown - no one ever pretends to be from there ) Then you have Spyker who comes across as a guy off his meds and thought to myself what a great way to disguise who you are so that is where I landed.

Under Aristotle's maxim of Modus Smelt It Dealt It, we now have proof positive that Kingslayer is Cael.

The dude in the red jacket is Donnie Iris, and Dropster went to that avatar, from a rather funny discourse he and I and a couple others had, on the band Donnie Iris and the Cruisers.

I remember that I will just say that the fact you guys even heard of Donnie Iris says everything you need to know - please don't take that as a negative

Did Caels son split with Tristan Law in District 6 matches?

You are trying to pile on a post from a poster who broke every board rule by posting and invading someone's privacy. It's not funny, and it's lame.
Pile on isn't the proper phrase, just an attempt at humor. I apologize good sir. I like spyker, that guy is funny. You just have to accept his goofy personality for what it is, lots of great personalities on these boards. That Frank GoFundMe stuff was legendary. His use of capital letters and punctuation is second to none.

Thanks for jinxing the kid... this is just like an announcer saying the so and so kicker hasn't missed a PAT all year or a basketball player hasn't missed a foul shot all game. LOL

Turf toe can humble the greatest, toughest athletes. See Jack Lambert of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
