I'll take mentally ill wrestlers for $400, Alex.
Jimmy's bounced back to have a nice tourny so far. His head seems to be in the right place. So, if he beats Jack is he an All-American?
Jesus Jimmy can be a phenomenal hard a** when he puts his mind to it. Great win!
R3 of consolations are still going on, but PSU is done wrestling for this Session.

Ashnaults had his number the last few times...it's gonna take a very strong effort & performance to beat Ashnault. Let's go Jimmy...
If he's wrestling Ashnault tomorrow in the Losers bracket semifinals that would be great!
If he tries to come out like a madman he's gonna get stuck. It's his choice how he wants to lose. If Nolf converts early it's over early. Neutral defense is all that sets Berger apart.

Cutch will face the winner of the Aaron Studebaker (Nebraska) - Brad Johnson (Okla) R3 Consolation match

Certainly not a ton of points with that conso win to add to the team total, but nice to knock out Pletcher while Jimmy moves on! Could be a big swing in the overall team picture.
Very happy for Jimmy. I think he's a +3.5 underdog against Jack and would love nothing more than him getting another AA but if that was his last win as Lion - its a nice way to go out. Eliiminate a Buckeye and hometown PA kid, Solid tourney with solid point total for winning team.
He seemed to be in lots of pain. Then again, ESPN is trying to boost ratings. Even if he's not done, I think bonus points from him are unlikely...as they are from any other Buckeye.
I'm not saying that he has to say he's gonna get worked, hell, he should believe he can win. But when you get ragdolled and then come back and say "I could feel he was getting tired after the 6th time he took me down" competence comes to question.
