Exactly. Nick is a career 141#er and RYB is likely a career 133#er. If anything, both are on the smaller side for the weight. Tough loss there, but Nick put together a whale of a season.

Wrong Demas. This kid is a Freshman. You’re thinking of the Demas from Ohio State.

Demas is a redshirt freshman. Nick a true sophomore. They're the same age. Not that a year apart would matter in summer tournaments. I don't think I'm wrong, but I can't find the result.

Yes. It is my understanding that was the original plan coming in early. Train at NLWC his senior year of HS, wrestle as a frosh and soph and redshirt to train freestyle. Plans of course change over time, so who knows what will happen, but I would be somewhat surprised if there is not a redshirt year if not next year.

I'd say its mind boggling but I guess he has more confidence in getting a turn with his mediocre top game then being able to play catch and release with Hidlay. Deakin is the embodiment of solid in all positions great in none.

Exactly. Nick is just fine. He knew exactly what he was doing it simply didn't work out. Congratulations to Demas, smart match, but Nick was trying a throw at the same time. He also over committed a couple times. It happens.
