Shak slowly working his way back into form and although he is giving up a little weight/strength at 197 in a tournament setting he might be able to use that to his advantage, especially on day 2 or 3 if he's not having to weight manage nearly as much as his opponent.

I believe conference tournament placement accounts for something like 10% in the seeding criteria. Warner will very likely be seeded ahead of Shak at NCAAs.

I have no aspirations for a Championship, Iowa thinks it's in the bag. We've had a day like expected for the most part minus Snacks. That was due to injury.

Cassar, Berge, Conel, Nevills and now Pipher - that’s quite a few starters in a single season! Furthermore, HWT and 157 specifically seemed to be cursed for PSU this year! Hopefully the rest can finish things off heathy...
