yes we do.. But I'd rather beat Iowas imports with our developed kids by 50-60
Actually next year the team to worry about is Cornell, not Iowa. I think both Cornell and Ohio St will be better than Iowa next season.yes we do.. But I'd rather beat Iowas imports with our developed kids by 50-60
I would also consider UNC in that mix.Stanford, Northwestern, and Michigan are the best non-Ivy programs with wrestling.
I mean that was with 2 Ferraris, Bouzakis, and Kennedy repeating as national champ, so there's that, though.I don't know man, Iowa just added like 140 points in this offseason alone according to Ironbird, we need something going for us!
Agree. I’ll take it a step further and predict neither champion is going to change weight classes.Put me on record in the realm of predictions: neither will take an ORS.
Northwestern, Michigan and Duke to name a few.He said in an interview that if he went somewhere else, it'd be for academic reasons, and he has eyes on something lucrative--wast it investment banking, fund manger? If the ivy's are out, who else has a good grad program for that?
Wrong. AB to 197.Agree. I’ll take it a step further and predict neither champion is going to change weight classes.
Ira would be a great connection, but I have to believe being the face Stanford wrestling and part of the Stanford alumni network he will begin his professional life pretty well hooked up.Why not Penn State and have Ira Lubert hook you up with whatever job you want? Connections like that are more valuable than degrees to be honest ....
Penn???? Wharton school if business. Hall as a training partner???That's what I was thinkin, but I had a feeling you knew. Thanks.
Ivy League limitations. Of course, getting a Wharton MBA would be an idea, if he didn't want that last year of competition.Penn???? Wharton school if business. Hall as a training partner???
I thought it couldn’t be ivy.Penn????

It gets a little easier if you might win the school an individual national title. Unless you are dealing with PSU's admissions office. ;-)I know Shane said before he wants his MBA, it's tough to clear admissions at a top MBA program without work experience. That being said, he can probably just enroll in a general masters program as well.
I can't help but notice that you neglected to list my alma mater, aka the Harvard of the Midwest - Northern Illinois University. I'm sure it was a simple mistake, but never do it again...Stanford, Northwestern, and Michigan are the best non-Ivy programs with wrestling.
Can we guess and you give us some exact clues?😉Griffith is going to Michigan. Truax is going to Penn State and so is a really good 125 pounder who I am going to keep secret for awhile 😉
You can probably squash this, I tried but it doesn’t look like I’ll be able to pull it.Can we guess and you give us some exact clues?😉
NOT(o) who you think it might be...clue 1.Can we guess and you give us some exact clues?😉
Can he transfer without sitting out? someone said new transfer rules so he would have to sit?🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️NOT(o) who you think it might be...clue 1.
The offer to Shrewsberry was rich enough, the NIL cash pool is rather miniscule compared to the rest of the conference.Give Truax a big bag of $$$, we didn’t wanna pay basketball coach, use it for wrestlers imo
He is a graduate, his transfer would not be an issue. Can he transfer without sitting out? someone said new transfer rules so he would have to sit?🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Penn State is looking at Not one but two transfers for next season...one at a lightweight and the other at a higher weight. Can he transfer without sitting out? someone said new transfer rules so he would have to sit?🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Thanks PylesPenn State is looking at Not one but two transfers for next season...one at a lightweight and the other at a higher weight.
It's not Noto...clue 2Noto graduated in 2020, I would be shocked if he managed to finish his degree in 3 years while wrestling.
Isn't Noto still in his third year in college? Are we sure he is a grad (or going to be after the spring)? He is a graduate, his transfer would not be an issue.
same reason Bo went 197 he felt like it,Bo only went about 1
Ironbird: Ayala easily wins next yearAyala.
I want heads to explode.
This would be simply hilariousAyala.
I want heads to explode.
That's probably how it would go. Haven't been there awhile, I'd be lil Jeseroga is probably being talked about as if he wasn't that great of a recruit now. To me, hes the best one they got ...if Keuter go football that is.Ironbird: Ayala easily wins next year
Ironbird if Ayala went to Penn State: Kid has no skills whatsoever, 1-2 at best
Gary Steen will not be a hole. He will improve into a national qualifier.Penn State CANNOT have a hole at 125 next year. It is a weak weight. Noto is going to start the season #2 behind Matt Ramos.
TruaxIsn't Noto still in his third year in college? Are we sure he is a grad (or going to be after the spring)?
Truax and a 125 pounder.
