Anthony Knox and dad drama

What is not to understand? I post the exact same "I Don't Care" on every thread that goes over 2 pages. I do it so people will care that I don't. Duhhh
Yes, I noticed that you told Slippery Pete that you didn't care about his pbp on every page of a meet thread so he is boycotting the rest of the season. You bastid. Slippery Pete is better than verbal pbp.

I have done a lot of absolutely horrible things in my life, but I have never even considered complaining about Slippery Pete's wrestling Play By Play......until now. Thank you for inspiring me to add one more horrible act to my resume....:)

Well if the choice is between killing Slippery Pete or criticizing him, I say just criticize him.
Yeah, he may be slipping a bit, but he can come back.

Judge Patrick Bartels, who ruled in favor of Knox last week, heard additional oral arguments Tuesday at 3:15 p.m., and a ruling on the NJSIAA’s motion for a stay pending appeal is expected. The losing party of that ruling has the option to escalate the case to the appellate division on Wednesday, a day before the wrestling championships begin in Atlantic City. The NJSIAA’s Executive Committee, the New Jersey Directors of Athletics Association and Sen. Paul Sarlo (D-Bergen) have come out in full support of the NJSIAA attempting to enforce its sportsmanship rules.

I find it hard to believe that his "religious " private school didn't pull / punish him without the NJSIAA having to get involved.
In line with that particular religious organization, I’m surprised they don’t secretly shuttle him off to another parochial school district with no publicity - and hope no one is the wiser.

If everyone knows what I mean - and I think you do

I hate to see this get spun into religion bashing.

The kid screwed up and a misguided state court judge intervened and injected uncertainty into the situation that impacted the actions and options of other stakeholders. No reason to believe a non-religious affiliated school would’ve behaved differently.

I suspect it will get sorted soon and accountability will be imposed.

The judge also made his ruling applicable to the school, so there is nothing they could do beyond what the NJISAA is attempting to do at this point.

Was this intended for the GIA "Sandusky shower" threads? Because that's what it reads like.

Say what you want about the intelligence of the father going to confront a hostile crowd. But there’s not a 17 or 18 year old wrestler among us that wouldn’t have run up there swinging if we saw our Dad being physically accosted by a mob. At that age, and prob 4-5 years on either side of it, there wasn’t a fight we wouldn’t have joined if friend or family was being attacked.

How does that explain Knox Jr going after a juvenile???? Are you really claiming a young teenager was going after Knox Sr?

Not sure I see what the judge is seeing.

Does anyone see what the judge is seeing? According to this judge, Knox could have killed someone and still retain the “right” to wrestle.

That is the narrative the Knox’s are trying to sell but not buying it. The facts say otherwise but keep believing that

Yes.....despite the video evidence and police eyewitnesses.......they were just peaceful protesters trying to protect people. Just stick to the script. Totally surprising decision but..... somehow..... not surprising at all. :(

Best part is saying it was stopping the NJS…from destroying the boy.

Someone Explain how a suspension destroys the boy. It might just stop him from becoming something else.

TBH. What does “what we would do” have to do with this?

I suspended a kid 4 matches for throwing the F-Bomb on the mat after a loss. Utter BS that he can’t be suspended for this.
