Fair enough, but if there's 2 things that drive me nuts:

1. People calling a Cheesesteak a Steak and Cheese (and putting mayo and lettuce and stuff on it). Stop!!

2. Stupid names or cutesy alternative forms of names (e.g. Jax or Jaxon, D'Brickashaw or D'onte, Brittnay, Britny, Britnee, etc). Stop! If I see that type of crap on a resume, it's getting pitched in the trash unless they're a Rhodes or Marshall Scholar
