Thanks, though I'm -- knock on wood -- fairly confident this will be easier than the August trip ... this time we're connecting in Chicago, so it's about 19 hrs total. And our connection is domestic.
Last time the outbound flight connected in Doha, Qatar for a 24-hr total flight (which saved us $600+/person) ... except the first leg was delayed (because some idiot went nuts on the incoming flight, so it returned to Doha and got "special TSA attention" upon arrival here). We missed our connecting flight, had a 12.5-hr layover in Doha, landed in HKG 46.5 hrs after departing the USA. Since our luggage was tagged on the original flight that we missed, it stayed in Qatar for a couple days -- so the shower had to wait until after we bought clothes.
OTOH, Doha was a good layover. I wouldn't mind doing that again -- but planned.

El-Jefe, hope The Boss and you have a great trip! We'll miss you at the Keystone Classic -- sounds like we'll have quite a few members of the board community there. When you return, the bulk of the season will yet to be wrestled, plus I'm pretty confident in predicting that Foley will still not have addressed in his Mailbag the Olympic referee controversy that Flo exposed. If Fix announces for PSU, we may have to suggest to The Boss that you schedule a lot more trips in the future.
