I, for one, will be surprised if Barkley plays much. With no real data, his body language wasn't great Saturday. But his tweets this week seem positive so who knows.

I think he wasn't happy with his performance and wanted to get back in there and rack up some yards and TD's, but at that point in the game there was no need for him to come back in.

I know Mahon is not on this depth chart (released today), but I truly hope he can play this week. We are so razor thin on the OL right now, especially without Fries & Menet even as placeholders....yikes

If I recall, they lined up #42 on both sides frequently during the Minnesota game, he had a monster sack from RDE in the 3rd Q.

We might miss Barkley's blocking if he's not 100% and Gesicki, well, he's a good receiver.

Is he a very good player? Yes.

Is he his older brother? No.

That does not mean we might not need help, but he is not his older brother, let's be clear here.

Gaia, Schwan, Bell, and Golden are the only starting players with no eligibility remaining after this season. Mahon & Nelson could return. Sickels, Allen, Gesicki, and Godwin could potentially leave early but none of them are slam dunks.

McSorley again! Why is Gordon Bentley in the doghouse? This staff stinks, be lucky to keep it a three TD game.

What!?!

I was sure they were going to burn Fries' and Menet's redshirts! What is the coaching staff thinking -we cannot win any games if these two untested freshman are not in the starting lineup. Oh my God, now I know why Franklin is always on the hot seat!:eek:o_O
