Thought that first run on the offensive side of the ball was a nice start. Surprised they went pass, pass after it.
Well, there was a lost opportunity.
2nd and 4 with two runs to get a first down and settle down the young players.
Looked like Allar kind of put too much pace on the 3rd down throw but a throw that Johnson has to catch.

That's our staff. Stick with what you haven't tried. Next flea flicker.
Great pass rush and coverage on that 3rd down by Penn State. That's a huge early stand for them.
To note our DE bull rushed their LT right into McCord on 3rd and 10. Good sign
Amazing how programs like Maryland can manage to have a pulse on offense out of the gate on road at OSU but PSU for more than a decade looks like Iowa on offense. Pathetic. 2 weeks to prepare and this is what Franklin comes up with.
The issue wasn't the 3 and out to me. The issue is that we went with two throws when we got 6 on first down.
Make them stop our run.
Also Allars first throw is a pick six if the db was in position. Terrible throw.
They are playing back. I'd run right at em until they come downhill.

Last play, duhO$U OL has his arms wrapped around Chop Robinson - all the way around - blatant holding (OL isn't allowed his hands outside the shoulder) no flag! But somehow, the b1g clowns saw holding on PSU's 3rd down as an insurance policy if the PSU TE hadn't dropped the pass. Interesting......
It's early but Ohio State is clearly outplaying us especially McCord vs Allar. No excuses. Hopefully that changes.
Allar looks terrible. He's had all day to throw. Boy it's frustrating watching this offense.
NVM... Franklin's a good coach but not a great one, and you need a great coach to win games like this.

Yep, but they couldn't do that if we had a couple WR's that could get some separation.....
OSU is playing tight coverage on our WRs. They don't think we can beat them deep.
