Iowa vs Nebraska on BTN

that started as a double in the middle, warner sprawled and schultz drove him off. they never call that.
Of course you are right. Sorry, I should have checked with you first.
They were standing and Warner backed straight out with nary an effort to maintain his position in the wrestling area.

Good to see Tom chatting it up with the Nebraska fans after the dual. Terry was probably in the bathroom 😏

i'd have no problem if they called it like that. but they just dont. sorry dude.

When is the last time big Cass scored any points (except riding) from top? Will the refs EVER call him for riding parallel?
If the ref would have warned him he most likely would have let Lance go. He still had riding time and Lance showed no indication he was going to take him down.

Nice W for Schultz, but don't celebrate like you're still in HS by leaving the mat to pump up the crowd. I get that this was a big dual and he just gave Nebraska an outside chance at the upset win, but when you win a big match at this level go to the center and shake your opponent's hand for goodness sake. Act the fool after that if you must. Props to Warner for chasing down Schultz to shake his hand, but the losing wrestler should never have to do that IMO.

Every Jacob Warner match is the same Jacob Warner match
Some of his matches make you want to scream in agony.

I didn’t catch Warner doing that but I saw him do it before. He has class.

I think that’s a bit of a nitpick, IMHO. It was a huge moment in the match and he won it very late. He was understandably fired up. I do agree about Warner. I give him credit for going to Schultz for the handshake after a tough loss. Very classy on his part.

It is not the first time this year that Warner has chased a celebrating opponent to shake his hand. Say what you want about Warner......but he has consistently shown class when losing a tough match.

Warner seems like a really good kid ... Schultz I'm sure is but I don't like him as much after he egged on our crowd last week after the manner he won lol. But at NCAAs, still have to pull for Schultz 10/10 times if he met Warner, just the nature of the team race.

I will also say this about Warner. He has a year of eligibility left and I am 99.9% certain that he will take it and be back. Why? Two matches ago it was mentioned AGAIN.....that his nickname on campus is "Ladies Man". I can assure you that if my nickname was "Ladies Man" and I had a year of eligibility remaining.....I am 100% certain I would be back. I gave him a .1% chance that he might not be normal :)

Must not be much competition if you can look like a potato and be deemed a Ladies Man.

I think similar to 165 ... 174 drops off after the Top 6 (Top 4 Big Ten, Top 2 at ACC), so a Top 2 seed to avoid a QF doozy would be good. Not sure if they are going to seed it like that though.

You speak as if you ....or anyone alive can speak for the ladies. I speak of the facts. The fact is that he has been referred to on multiple occasions on campus as a/the ladies man. If true.....you need to deal with it :) . I certainly wouldn't leave until I have 'Exhausted all possibilities" or...eh......found the :right one: I would certainly take advantage of my "extra" year

That NCAA seeding is gonna be rough. Kemerer could also draw Lewis or Hidlay in the quarters.
One way to rank the top 6 on their results this season (though one could argue Massa #2) . . .

1. Starocci (15-0)
2. Hidlay (12-1)
3. Lewis (17-1)
4. Massa (14-1)
5. Labriola (16-2)
6. Kemerer (7-2)

Conference tourney results will be huge.
