IU / ND Game Thread (if there isn't already one...)

Cignetti coaches like a bully. Runs it up when he wins. Plays to lose by the least amount possible if he can't win.

Too much was made of that 56-7 Nebraska game. The Maryland 42-28 is probably the most indicative of who this team is.

Credit to ND. They dominated this game.

No ill will to the committee.

Cignetti still running the ball on 1st down..... down by 24. What a joke. He gave up with 11 minutes remaining down only 17 points (didn't go for it on 4th down). Just a complete fraud.

LOL... Cignetti the blowhard lost.... Reminds me of another blowhard who posts here.

I mean, this is almost the same thing as the Ohio State game
Ohio State dominated
Indiana ran clock to make it look competitive
Then Indiana scores late and goes for 2 pretending that now they're trying to win
Hopefully ND adds a garbage TD like OSU did

Some of you are so full of shat in your defense of crap b2g teams - people saying "Indiana's hanging in there..... blah, blah, blah....". Indiana looks like dog crap - they've got 131 yards of Total Offense through 3 quarters of play (ND has 317 yards of Total Offense but is just not finishing drives). This game has not been close and Indiana looks awful, especially offensively. ND looks very beatable as they have no passing game and are extremely one-dimensional.
Now try typing it without the donkey rectum attitude. Not impressing anyone.
You occasionally make some good points, but they get lost in all the garbage.
Gotta wonder: Did your little sister beat you up every day until you were 24?

Leonard almost drew another UC flag on that scramble. He doesn't give himself up.

Be interesting to see how many IU guys are in the portal by Monday night.
Maybe I’m a little off, but I like the fact that the NFL takes the cockiness out of quarterbacks who don’t give themselves up. The game is so much faster and the QB usually one of the worst athletes on the field that you gotta know when to fold your tent. Leonard will learn the hard way if he makes it to NFL action next year.

Who is this dickwad announcer who clearly hates the Big 10 SO much? Thankfully I don't have to watch much ESPN these days.

Now McDonough is dogging the Big Ten based on this Indiana lay down. God damn I want to bludgeon SMU tomorrow now more than ever.

McDonough is just repeating what others have said
McElroy is saying things to hype the SEC
The reality is--Indiana wasn't very good and a lot of the Big Ten isn't very good--but Oregon, Penn State and Ohio State are

Most accurate comment: "This has been a dud of a game."

Cignetti locked in that fact when he punted with 11 minutes remaining down 17??? Just ridiculous giving up with almost a full quarter remaining.

Oh Lando does though. He is angrier than a wet hen about Indiana getting in over his beloved Bama especially the way they played. Not sure if he is more bitter over this or Beau portaling and in his little mind "blaming" the NCAA. What a freak.

There's no ill will...if anything I'm grateful because we weren't likely beating Bama or USCe. They helped us greatly with this layup.

The committee was wrong. SMU and Indiana should have been out. USCe and Bama should have been in. We'll see that tomorrow when we dominate a mediocre at best SMU team.

I'm also thrilled Beau left. Does the world bitter confuse you?

You're mad at him for supposedly being a coward for blaming the NCAA.

He won 11 games at Indiana, the dude can obviously coach. They’re playing a team with more talent, he didn’t suddenly forget how to coach or he didn’t get lucky 11 times. It’s not always the coach’s fault.
He also needs to STFU until he actually beats a team with a pulse. No one gives a royal rat’s you know what about his record at James Madison.

Cignetti made a great contract deal. I think he now makes as much as Franklin based on 1 year performance that's not likely to be repeated.

If Hoosiers had Lions & Ducks on their schedule they would have 3 losses & not qualify for the pigskin final 12.
Agree?
BTW good luck v the Horses today.
Agree. But the point is that Cignetti quit on his own team last night. I feel bad the for their players who watched their coach wave the white flag.
