Sad situation. My obvious question is: Did Coach Dresser call Storr over towards him and did Metcalf interject his comment before Dresser spoke? Did Dresser say anything to Storr after the match? If the head coach calls a wrestler over after a match and an assistant puts a hand on him and swears at him.....what was the head coach's reaction. Is there video? If Dresser did indeed call Storr over and Metalf pushes and swears at him in public...and the head coach does nothing......that is a terrible look for both coaches......PERIOD.

Man, Michigan is going to be good next year. They lose Coon but can plug in Mason Parris who probably won’t be a runner up but I could see being an AA. The interesting question is at 133-141 area. Micic is back with I believe 2 years of eligibility still, Storr comes in with 3 years left and they signed super recruit Joey Silva as well. Someone quite good isn’t going to see the lineup. I’m sure one could go 149 but Malik Amine is back as well as Ben Freeman. Also Profaci is in the mix. A lot of talent in that area. They lose Abounader but have Jelani Embree ready to step in. Massa will hopefully be healthy. Pantaleo might be the second best 157 in the country. Not sure what they do at 197 but looking at a lineup that goes

141-Storr or Profaci (RS Silva)
149-Malik Amine or Freeman

That lineup should be on the podium. Not close to PSU but probably in the range of Ohio State and Okie State

I'm curious if Parris could cut to 197. He was 182 as a frosh but bulked up for football. Might be tough, but he could get leaner and more cut. I am not 100% sure but I don't believe he had any problems making 220, esp awhile after football ended each year. Maybe it's not possible or not in the plan, but I just think how dominant he could be if he could get his body close to how J'den Cox looked.
