you could say that about every illegal move. i get the sentiment and that it will be an unpopular opinion while one of your guys uses it so well, but i just think it's really dangerous and i've said that for a long time.

Kerk's strategy was fine. He got to the legs three times and only converted the first. Worse, he allowed Cass twice to go upper body. But pretty sure that wasn't part of the plan.

He had position, but he didn't seem to leverage himself at all. No torque or anything. Also, yeah, his bottom skills tonight were atrocious. Who knows.

Great match. Was on the edge of my seat for some of these bouts, but that’s how it should be. Still a lot more wrestling left before March and a lot can happen between now and then.
Kerk will be fine other than the unfortunate seed he just gave himself. Lesson learned - he is not a thrower, at least not to guys with a lower center of gravity. Blew up in his face twice.
Not only is Rivera's officiating poor and erratic, he's trying to make himself a part of the show with his histrionics.
