in the previous series, on the 2nd down play, I don't know the responsibilities of each OL. However, if I were to make an educated guess, I'd say that Gonzales, when he pulled, blocked the wrong person. The result of that was that Slade was stopped for a loss. Yet everyone busts on Slade as if he killed the drive, or was the problem on the play.

An utterly pathetic offensive series. I don’t know why Franklin and the crew turtle up in these road games like little babies. Franklin needs to make the starter decision about running back and realize that Clifford and the line does not have it in the passing game today. Just run the goddarn ball.

I said earlier in the week, and some jackwang jumped all over me, that I would like to see them put in Levis for a series or two and just pound the ball at Iowa. This would be the perfect time. Clifford is getting crushed. Put in the guy who will deliver the blows to them.
