Football Ohio State defeats Penn State, 20-13

We have no luck ever..Buckeyes always get some strange clutch play

That’s one player who is just better than the other. That’s years of losing out on top WR’s and not being able to bring in the 5 Star type of CBs.

Not much Drew Allar or Penn State can do on tha tplay. It was a perfeclty placed pass, just a hell of a play by Igbinosun. That's a heartbreaker for Penn State though.

Halftime

Ohio State 14
Penn State 10

Nope wrong take. Wallace has to catch that. Hit him in the hands.

Not much Penn State can do???

Are you kidding me? Good pass but Wallace needs to catch that or at least fight for the ball.

Sure... lmfao... What's Allar's stat line at the moment? < 50% completion rate. < 100 yards. No TD's. 1 pick.
You're telling me that wasn't a perfect throw in the endzone?
Allar's clearly nowhere near 100% and our WRs continue to drop the ball and can't beat man coverage
You're going to be confused on draft day

For as good as Andy Kotelnicki has been this season he has really struggled in the red zone. Personally, would have run the ball on 1st down with a timeout in my pocket. If I'm throwing the ball it certainly would not have been a fade route pass. Oooof.

Andy's vanilla milkshake with toppings, offense or whatever he calls it, has a whopping three points and an absolutely horrid passing game.
He is trying to make a milk shake with 2% milk and half a Hershey bar. Our receivers suck and no amount of trickery will change that.

Same as every PSU qb in any game that has mattered in over a decade.

James Franklin's teams have a loser mentality in big games. They are choke artists.

I didn't like the time management nor the play call at the end.

Sure, we don't want OSU to have time and score. But if we can't get a short first down in this game and give up quick score then we don't deserve it anyway.

This wide receiving crew is not Godwin, Hamilton, Blacknall. Pregame said our receivers need to win. Tired of hearing it.

WR on a serious championship contending team makes that catch for a TD.
PSU has a very good football team, but not a great team. The difference is pretty clear so far today.

I actually thought it was time to 44 power O. If that’s incomplete could have still run it

Better be the best half time adjustments ever. If it follows the Oregon game we need to outscore them to win. They will get their points.

The scouts loved Hackenberg too.

Halftime analysis: Fool's gold on that first drive. Very little since from the O. Receivers being mugged. Drew looking rattled. His numbers aren't good. Running game has not clicked. Warren a non-factor. You know it's bad when your most effective play is Drew ad-libbing with his feet. Then the pick in the end zone to top things off.

Meanwhile, the usual lack of discipline. These kids confuse strutting and showboating with toughness. That unsportsmanlike penalty equated to 7 Ohio State points, and the behavior took place right in front of the ref. It was practically an invitation to throw a flag. It's called finding ways to lose.

Score-wise, we're still very much in the game but it's hard to feel a lot of confidence given the history of this series.

If it was perfect, it wouldn't have been intercepted.

Correct but only a small percentage of DBs make that play.

Walalce has had two bad plays in thsi game that have cost Penn State big time. It is a common theme in these games for Penn State.

Should have been a catch by Clifford where he was interfered with. Two drops by #6. Allar is doing OK. Receivers have to step up.
