Nothing to do with the game but this play by play guy and his repeating of “world famous buckeyes”. WTF ???
My team lost--I just see college football like the NFL now. We have to win out nowShut up and enjoy your win
And how many times has Carter, in his zeal to rush, not set the edge and let the OSU QB run free around his side for a first down...... Carter seemed to have a bigger impact at LB. Sure he had 2 sacks but with OSU running well the sacks didn't matter much. His play at DE does not lead to a solid, top 10 team defense.DDS has been a disappointment....the rest of the DEs do nothing.
We have one. They play him at DE.That and we need some LB studs
Smart physical tacklers
There's no way PSU moves on from Franklin because of that inexcusable contract extension. Don't we have a gazillionaire who can buy out his contract? Same problems year after year after year.Who else is ready to move on from Franklin?
Well, there has been one constant! What an embarrassment today. The opportunity was there but pissed away again for another year. I don’t quite understand how this happens every year with multiple changes at coordinators and no one can figure out a win.
Agreed. Nobody outside this country knows who the hell the Buckeyes are. It's not like we're talking about the Yankees or Michael Jordan.Nothing to do with the game but this play by play guy and his repeating of “world famous buckeyes”. WTF ???
Warren was literally surrounded. Putrid play calling in the red zone.yes, but on 4th/1 I'd have put in 5 receivers to spread the field. Or something beyond a quick pass to Warren who everyone is probably keying on.
DDS is whatever....Donkoh played, no?We missed DDS and Donkoh a lot today
Not sure how’s this his fault. No one to throw to. It’s been clear all year.Sadly this will be Allar’s legacy
Coming up small in big games
I’m ready for the Grunk era
I'm confused how anyone watched the game today with the takeaway "Allar came up small"Sadly this will be Allar’s legacy
Coming up small in big games

Who?THe worst part is that they really should've won this game.
Yep. We lost this game on our WR vs their DBs
That was the biggest mismatch.
Yet, we tried going there over and over.
Yeah, PSU's talent is ALMOST right there with OSU's and there is NO WAY OSU should have won every game since 2016. Maybe a curse? What an embarrassment today. The opportunity was there but pissed away again for another year. I don’t quite understand how this happens every year with multiple changes at coordinators and no one can figure out a win.
We have not had a strong wide receiver cope for a number of years now.. however.. DL and OL lines were outplayed today. Period.Correct, however it is par for the course for Frankli's teams. Offense is not physical. Cannot impose their will on teams with equal or better talent. CJF needs to fire Hagans. The WRs are totally ineffective. They are no threat so the teams that have athletes stop the run and lock down the PSU WRs which is easy to do. The running game looks weak. CJFF. nice guy, never gonna win a championship at PSU.
Undisciplined teams cannot win big games.
And Minnesota just beat Illinois. That's looking like loss number 2.After losing pretty decisively at home to the bugeyes, will likely have to win out to make the playoff.
Ohio State was better in basically every aspect of the game today--it's just annoyngWho?
OSU was better in every facet today. I didn't see a single advantage for us in this game. 100% healthy Drew is better than Howard, but that's probably it.
The only possible positive that could come from this game is that our better players return in '25 vs turn pro.
Dog crap performance. Just bad. This isn't a great OSU team. At least not yet.
Agree, and That was no Mickey Mouse defense he was going against. Every QB that goes against OSU has issues. This one isn't on AllarI'm confused how anyone watched the game today with the takeaway "Allar came up small"
It's his fault Wallace dropped a perfect ball for a TD?
It's his fault his receivers can't ever get open?
The horrible play-calling is his fault at the goalline?
Allar was far from perfect but wasn't the issue
So hire Theo Epstein to be head coach?Yeah, PSU's talent is ALMOST right there with OSU's and there is NO WAY OSU should have won every game since 2016. Maybe a curse?
LOL--they struggled with Illinois--we're fine. And Minnesota just beat Illinois. That's looking like loss number 2.

This! This right here!Well, there has been one constant!
LOL--they struggled with Illinois--we're fine.
Unless we let Ohio State beat us twice this seaso still has 11-1 written all over it
Our DL most certainly did NOT hold their own.Yes. OSU has more talented players for the most part.
However, the gap in talent isn't as huge at most spots as our WR to their DB where it's HS vs NFL talent IMO.
A lot of the rest can be overcome.
The lines were OK on both sides. The sacks came because Allar had no where to throw.
Our DL and defense held their own.
Three runs up the middle to Allen. That was Franklin and it was pathetic.Let's do some ugly math...1-16 on 3rd downs last year....3-11 today and I believe two of those were on the opening drive. Absolutely beyond embarrassing and pathetic.
Still waiting for James to be elite like he promised after his failure against OSU in 2018.Franklin better apologize to the fanbase after that coaching effort.
If he was coaching at Michigan he would have been fired a few seasons ago..........Franklin’s record against OSU is becoming comical at this point
