Amine in on a single, Beard sprawls and counters and gets in on the left leg, Amine reaches over for an ankle, and we get a stalemate. Amine reaches, Beard counters and gets a single and elevates, Amine fights and gets to a shin whizzer, they are on the edge, Amine with a spin and gets behind Beard, and gets the TD just before they are OOB, 0-2. Beard up quickly, and out, 1-2. Stoppage for hands interlocked. End. RT @ 10 sec for Amine

Beard takes bottom. Beard finally to his feet and out, 2-2. RT up to 40 sec for Amine. Beard in on a low single, Amine counters by stepping over (when Beard was in great position) and got the TD, 2-4. Beard out, 3-4. RT @ 1:11 for Amine. End. RT @ 1:11 for Amine

Beard flattens him, and gets RT under 1 min. Amine with a roll and gets the esc, 3-5. Amine in on a low single, Beard grabbed an ankle but Amine breaks that for the TD, 3-7. PD stoppage with 50 sec left. Caution on Amine. RT goes back over 1 min for Amine. OOB with 5 sec. Missed the end -- either Beard got out or got a rev (not sure -- he got an esc.) Not sure where I missed a point, but RT gives Amine 8, and Beard has 5, so it's an 5-8 dec for Amine.

Beard looked really good. Amine showed a lot of experience and talent. Tough one for Beard, but the future looks good.
Beard looked fine, but he has to finish those TDs - good film learning experience, coaches will work with him on the mistakes he made on finishing the TDs there.
Amine definitely got thicker. He’s a wily veteran. Hopefully Beard’s heavily wrapped knee isn’t an issue moving forward.
He should have reached for floor like everyone does
To be honest this is beards and JLee 3rd years in the program.
They both wrestled last year among FS matches
We may as a fan base finally realize how great we had it and that while these guys are good they arent generational talents like we were used to having.
Parris is an athletic freak. Can’t wait to see him and Stevenson go at it.
We have 9.9 skollies, you can’t expect we have gen talents every year at every weight. We have been immensely spoiled.
We just completely manhandled Meatchicken which I didn’t see coming (this year). Yaaay Penn St -to the rich go the spoilz! All else, eat poop
I don't know, Parris would be this dominant against everyone except Steveson.
An 18-13 win on the road against the #2 ranked team in the country is not a bad day.
I can’t help but remember how Ant the Champ destroyed Parris.

BTN Outstanding Wrestler is Carter Starocci
Snacks is putting up a hell of a lot more fight than Orndorff did a couple days ago.
Sometimes we just have to tip the cap to the opponent. Parris is that good.
Howard and Starocci (and even Berge) were key wins. Flip any one of them and Penn State loses 16-15.

Come on, man. Nevills is like a 3 or 4 time CA state champ and is quite good (arguably top 10). He was just overmatched. He was even close on a TD or 2 on a top two guy at the weight.
Big Shout out to Robbie Howard coming out in his first match and looking solid against a tough opponent.
