Another determined effort from McCutcheon lifts him to a 3-1 win over Andre Lee.
Penn State up 31-7 with Black vs. Nevills the only match left

1-1 after Lee is out quickly to start the 3rd. Cutch in on a single, gets the other ankle, drives thru and gets the TD, 3-1. Stalemate with 34 sec. left. Lee to feet, tripped back down, and Cutch rides it out, and gets the 3-1 decision.

Nick close with 2 tilts...no points...Black 2 stall calls...Nick rides black out 1-0 going to 3rd

Black takes bottom in the 2nd. stall warning, then a stall call on Black, so it's 1 point for Nevills, and he rides him out.
Nevills takes down for 3rd. Up to his feet, they battle, and Nevills tripped down. Nevills peels out and gets the esc, 2-0. Nevills in on a head inside single and gets the TD, 4-0. RT is locked. And with 2:10 in RT it's a 5-0 final.

Nick could off had more points but lost grip on Black killed it. Good effort by Nick with a solid win
Couldn't have expected much better, right? Carpenter is a warrior keeping it to MD, and most (non PSU) had Cenzo losing by more than 3 points. In Cael we trust and peeking in time for BIG10 and Nationals. Onto Maryland and then OSU, which I plan on making the 5 hour trip to see in person. Anybody else going to OK State?
I watched Mark Hall for six years in Minnesota and I have seen no new moves by this kid he is just that dam good I believe firmly believe that the last lost to Meyer will be his last one in college..Unless he gets sick,injured or a ref screws him over..
Parker is a tough young kid. How did Bo not get taken down there on several occasions?

Mark Hall with an eye opener. Wow. I expected Hall to win, but that was a surgical dismantling. Very impressive.

Parker is very close to being very good. I was impressed despite the score.
Apologize, slightly off topic. If my math is correct we've now beaten nine top 21 teams by a combined score of 288-83. That includes #3 Iowa, #4 tOSU, #5 Nebraska, #10 Illinois, #11 Rutgers, #12 Minnesota, #14 Lehigh, #19 Wisconsin, and #21 Stanford. And obviously, all of the B10 matches were without Cortez! If you take out the 133 results, we beat the other 9 teams by a combined 288-49.

Impressed by how Cenzo stood toe-to-toe with IMar.
Cenzo has a real shot at beating Issac and / or Massa. IMar still is a little ahead, but Cenzo looked excellent tonight.
Love how Carpenter keeps fighting. That kid has a great attitude.

George Carpenter keeps getting better and better. Epitomizes the Penn State way. He fights and fights and fights. LOVE the kid.
What? Where are all the comments about Hall looking too "small" tonight? Little doubt in my mind that if BoJo came out of hiding last week, Hall would have beaten his ass. I think Ryan knew that too.
Very impressed with Cenzo's effort tonight. Last second counter TD at the end was meaningless. He was going all out for the TD, so he gets props for that.

Just my take.
125 Nick Suriano - the match against Gilman let Nick know how good his, but more importantly showed him how good he can be. That match has set him free and he is now just moving forward improving everytime out.
133 George. I have to stand and clap for this every time out. His skill set and strength are limited. His heart and fight are unsurpassed.
141 I will stand and applaud this kid on Sunday. Too much crap, but has always represented himself and the program with class. I would have paid money to have had this kid's wrestling career. Thank you Jimmy.

Cenzo can beat him but must push the action much earlier in the match...I was there and Imar slowed down the match big time....

Matt has me very concerned to say the least. I was at the match and he should be killing guys this and the guy hung right with him....Guy has a terrible...Oh well we will see.....Its too late now....
Yeah, but some guy wearing a clown hat and an inside out black and gold sweatshirt ask him about the Penn State slush fund. Cael's eye squinted and Cael ask him if he had a plan and the guy fainted right to the floor and apparently dirtied himself. He had a 'JustWrestle133" medal on. Anyhow, the interview ended after that.
