You could debate if Tony Carr's the best Penn State basketball player of this generation. He's got a case, but so do Crispin, Battle, Newbill, Frazier.
What's not up for debate, though, in my opinion, is that Tony Carr is the most amazing basketball player Penn State's ever had. He is just a human highlight reel. Like Saquon Barkley, Tony Carr never ceases to amaze.
