Romero should have been called for stalling in regulation - Carter had his leg clean and Romero intentionally put his hand OB while Carter was attempting to drag him back in - absolutely and unquestionably stalling under new rules, but no call from Angel - go figure.
This arena has so much room around the mat. No excuse to not have more OOB mat
